成功濟州度假村 首階段舉行動土禮

（韓國．濟州島7日訊）成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主要板貿易）旗下成功濟州度假村（Berjaya Jeju Resort），今日正式為Airest City首階段Gotjawal Village發展計劃，舉行動土儀式。

成功濟州度假村為成功集團，與濟州國際自由都市開發中心（簡稱JDC）聯營公司，並將Airest City 建設工程交給成功置地（BJLAND，4219，主要板貿易）負責。

Gotjawal Village 發展總值為2億5000萬美元（約7.75億令吉），第1階段涵蓋獨立式單位和店面公寓單位建設。

成功置地總執行長拿督黃瑞麟說：“為迎來今天的動土儀式，我們已準備許久，但這還僅是剛開始，我誠心期待工程竣工那一天的到來，同時可真正引領濟州島成為一個自由的國際都市。”

今日出席上述工程動土儀式嘉賓逾300人，還包括成功集團創辦人丹斯里陳志遠、濟州島省長宇金旻（譯音）、JDC主席卞正日及其他韓國政府官員。[中国报财经]

成功集團 第3季淨利跌93%

（吉隆坡27日訊）多多博彩業務走低，拖累成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主要板貿易）第3季營業額跌2.2%至17億6691萬令吉，淨利大跌93.3%至103萬令吉。

該集團指出，由于成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板貿易）營運的多多博彩投注業務營業額告滑，拉低成功集團第3季表現。

成功集團指出，截至1月底，農曆新年節慶仍帶動銷售上漲，終極多多博彩6/58（Supreme Toto 6/58）為集團帶來強勁銷售；終極多多博彩6/58在2012年1月以5720萬令吉最高獎金，吸引更多人投注。

此外，汽車部門業務也取得較高營業額，新車銷量佳。至于零售分銷業務和酒店與度假村業務，當季營業額都走跌。

截至1月底，成功集團首9個月營業額跌0.9%至53億3808萬令吉，淨利跌84%至4925萬令吉。

該集團指出，本年度的金融成本走高，比較去年，也少了脫售子公司而得的3億969萬令吉。

除了業績報告，成功集團今日也針對Bermaz汽車（Bermaz Motor）上市一案向馬證交所報備指出，已獲得貿工部批准向獲批的土著投資者發行1015萬1700股。[中国报财经]
