讀者郭小姐：想請教合成（HAPSENG,3034,主板貿服組）是家甚麼公司呢？前景樂觀嗎？可買入嗎？

答：合成主要核心業務包括種稙、產業發展、信貸融資、肥料貿易、建材與汽車分銷業（馬賽地分銷商）等，是個業務多元化及管理良好的公司，以及可以發揮互補的效應及穩定業務表現。

該公司旗下的產業發展計劃主要集中在沙巴，從2011年開始的計劃及進行中的產業發展計劃，總值高達數十億令吉。它也有意進軍巴生河流域的產業市場。
種植業務貢獻最大，占公司總營業額約50%，而產業發展第二佔20%，其餘4大業務則占其餘的30%。

在汽車分銷業務方面，該公司甫於去年12月以4千138萬4千令吉代價，收購HAP SENG STAR的其餘35%股權，使後者成為其100%股權獨資子公司，主要涉足汽車及零配件的貿易與服務，市場包括越南。

至於該公司的前景，簡略地說，胥視原棕油價格，以及整體經濟成長前景而定。

該公司業績表現方面，截至2011年9月30日為止，第三季的淨利為9千114萬9千令吉，前期為4千787萬7千令吉，而營業額為9億4千387萬5千令吉，前期為7億2千683萬2千令吉。第三季每股淨利為4.37仙，前期為2.64仙，而首9個月的每股淨利為13.68仙。至於每股資產總值為1令吉47仙。

若假設最近業績首9個月每股淨利年度化為准，預料年度每股淨利為18.24仙，若以今年1月3日收市價1令吉57仙為准，本益比則為8.61倍。是否可買入，上述一點資料供參考。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

    你是要投资短期或长期？长期来说这支股是好股，不会太跌也不会升太高除非有大好消息！他每年都赚大钱，适合买了吃利息等分红（好国放银行），母生子，子生孙。。。。如果你会介意他每一天的跌升，你还是去买炒股！

    看了财报，cash flow好像有些tight。但是预测2011财年赚4亿，非常有实力。主要贡献来自棕油。

顶一顶。。。。。。。。。昨天南洋商报介绍，HSPLANT and HAPSENG就开始起了。。。。。。今天也开始上了HSPLANT........因为很多种植地还没重估。非常有潜能。
