最新进展

迪隆（DELEUM，5132，主板贸服股）截至去年12月杪末季，盈利按年攀升36.2%，至1350万令吉，是2015年次季至今最高。

管理层认为，今年的竞标活动和市场调查大量增加，因为长期合约到期需要新竞标，和新项目要求新合约。

管理层预计竞标活动火热至少将延续至年中，幅度是2016年的2至3倍。

行家建议

迪隆维修、承建及改装（MCM）活动料在次季起改善。根据MCM时间表，相信盈利上行周期将在下半年。

MCM合约盈利很可能在今年后期进帐，但大部分是在明年。

去年全年盈利按年扬21.7%，达3230万令吉，超出预测10%以上。

因为预期盈利下半年上行，上调目标价至1.20令吉，之前1.03令吉。

1.20令吉目标价是由今年14倍的本益比支持（之前是12倍），今年每股净利预计8.6仙。

维持“中和”评级，并看好迪隆的基本面和前景依然完好。

MCM业务速增．迪联迎上升周期

（吉隆坡9日讯）迪联（DELEUM,5132,主板贸服组）获颁的保养、建造和改装合约（MCM）料从第二季起加速动工，分析员预期该公司将在下半年迎来盈利上升周期。

MIDF研究在出席迪联汇报会后表示，迪联2017年第四季净利增长36.2%，至1350万令吉，带动全年净利扬升21.7%，至3230万令吉，比该行财测高逾10%。

该行指出，迪联的MCM业务活动预料从第二季起加速成长。

根据MCM的时间表，该行相信，迪联的盈利上升周期将从下半年起出现，MCM合约的盈利将在2018年后期开始认列，大部份盈利则在2019年入账。

大华继显研究表示，截至2018年2月杪，迪联手上合约订单共12亿1000万令吉，可忙碌至2023年，对比2016年杪和2017年7月杪为22亿和16亿9000万令吉。

该公司在去年10月获得国油勘探公司颁发5年的MCM合约，合约价值视国油勘探需求而定，但估计可能接近10亿令吉。

大华继显指出，该公司部份合约将于2018／2019年届满，占总合约订单约10%，不过有望获续约，整体而言，不会对盈利带来重大风险。

管理层对前景审慎乐观，预期可取得至少10%成长。大华继显则选择保守预测该公司今年盈利成长8-9%，同时将2018至2020年财测小幅上调7%／2%／4%。

该行指出，虽然保养工程带来稳定经常性收入，但该公司高度依赖国内上游工程订单，这将带来波动。无论如何，迪联保持50%派息率和强劲现金流管理，令该公司比其他小资本油气股来得比色。

（吉隆坡25日讯）Deleum Bhd包揽3项合约，合约价值取决于商定费率和所发出的的工作订单。

Deleum今日向大马交易所报备，持股60%的Deleum Primera私人有限公司获得国油勘探（Petronas Carigali）的两项新合约，而独资子公司Deleum Oilfield Services私人有限公司从砂拉越蚬壳及沙巴蚬壳获得合约。

该集团指出，Deleum Primera的首项合约是从今年9月5日至2021年9月4日，向国油勘探提供替代喷砂和喷漆，即海绵喷砂、蒸汽和其他方法，并提供一年延期选项。

第二项合约是为国油勘探在沙巴和大马半岛的资产，提供立管防腐系统和维护服务，从今年7月4日至2021年7月3日，可延长一年。

同时，Deleum Oilfield所取得的合约是在今年8月27日至2021年8月26日（可延长两年），为砂拉越蚬壳及沙巴蚬壳提供钢丝绳装设备和服务。
