IOI产业末季净利1.4亿‧派息3仙

(吉隆坡29日讯)由于外币计价的借款汇率折算损失和税务增高下,IOI产业(IOIPG,5249,主板产业组)截至2019年6月30日末季净利按年下滑45.17%至1亿3976万8000令吉,前期为2亿5492万2000令吉。
该公司全年净赚6亿6129万令吉,相比前期7亿5363万6000令吉,下跌12.25%。
IOI产业末季营业额按年下跌17.45%至4亿9779万1000令吉,前期6亿零301万3000令吉;全年营业额累积21亿9751万4000令吉,对比前期26亿6874万5000令吉跌了17.66%。
该公司宣布派发3仙股息,除权日在9月17日,18日为享有日。
该公司发文告指出,尽管持续的贸易冲突导致全球环境存在不确定性,但公司位于厦门的IOI Palm City住宅开发项目以及新加坡的南海滩住宅的联营项目仍给予正面贡献。
文告显示,该公司计划下一个财政年在厦门推出发展总值29亿人民币的住宅开发项目,以维持其正面趋势。
该公司指出,本地部分,该公司仍谨慎乐观看待利用拥屋计划(HOC)和传统及数码平台的积极营销活动,持续支撑下季度的销售表现。
