（吉隆坡29日讯）快餐业务表现出色，推动婆罗洲石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板贸服股）截至10月31日第三季净利激增258%，达526万3000令吉。

同期营业额涨13.2%，报2396万令吉。

累计首9个月，净利则攀扬275%，写867万7000令吉；营业额扩大84.9%，报8977万2000令吉。

根据文告，婆罗洲石油的快餐业务持续取得优异表现。

此外，Pezzo连锁店新开张，也进一步贡献整体营业额。

至于矿业、能源及相关业务，表现也不俗，其他业务的表现亦达预期。

董事部乐观看待公司交出更好的表现，特别是近期完成附加股及凭单活动后，能为公司提供所需的资金及营运资本，拓展现有业务及新项目。

婆羅石油 黃金庫存值5745萬

（吉隆坡19日訊）去年進軍黃金採礦業的婆羅石油（BORNOIL，7036，主要板貿服），正迅速自我重塑，成為國內黃金領域代理之一。

該公司向馬證交所報備，目前持有黃金庫存有約1萬1898安士，或達370公斤。

以每安士1090美元（約4828令吉）金價計算，這批庫存相等于價值1297萬美元或5745萬令吉。

婆羅石油截至上週五（15日）股本達29億2400萬股，相等于以黃金作為后盾價值增至少于2仙。

該公司執行董事張玖良（譯音）指出：“我們的目標是提升至每股都有黃金作為后盾，我們樂觀看待黃金價格將攀升。”

據美國有線電視新聞網報導，債券行DoubleLine資本總執行長傑夫估計，金價將漲至每安士1400美元（約6202令吉），較現價有30%漲幅。

另外，張玖良說，公司受惠于令吉貶值，其中直接生產成本減少。

目前，該公司已簽署生產共享合約，在彭亨1500公頃的5個地區進行採礦，這不包括任何收購成本，因已備有設備和發展設施。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡2日訊）婆羅石油（BORNOIL，7036，主要板貿服）買賣兩家新加坡公司股權。

婆羅石油向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司SB Supplies & Logistics私人有限公司，週二以5396新元（約1萬6006令吉）現金，脫售SBFM新加坡私人有限公司的全數手持股權。

另外，婆羅石油宣布以7929新元（約2萬3520令吉）現金，收購Tong Meng Global私人有限公司的全數股權。【中国报财经】

婆罗洲石油金库增至1.96万盎司

（吉隆坡10日讯）婆罗洲石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板贸服股）黄金库存，在4月走高至1万9692盎司，总值1亿64万7781令吉，显示出多元化至彭亨州金矿业务的策略奏效。

公司向马交所报备，根据目前每盎司1262美元的金价，以及4.05的令吉兑美元汇率水平，这批截至4月的库存价值2485万1304美元，或1亿64万7781令吉。

截至3月杪，黄金库存报1万8863盎司，依据每盎司1262美元金价和3.9的令吉兑美元汇率，当时的库存价值2414万4640美元，或9416万4096令吉。

婆罗洲石油主席陈国楚（译音）在2016年财报中指出，公司去年趁金价攀升时，售出了部分黄金库存，从而录得丰厚净利。

去年，金价从每盎司1050美元的低点，走高至每盎司1285美元。

他说：“我们认为，黄金应该被视为永久资产，来支持公司的股票，并在有利可图时脱售。”

此外，陈国楚表示，公司在彭亨州马拉坡（Merapoh）的矿物开采业务进展顺利，且在截至今年1月杪的财年，开采了27.35公斤的黄金。

另一方面，武吉依班（Bukit Ibam）矿场当中的1200公顷土地，已完成勘测，因此，一旦取得相关批准，一座具有7000公吨产能的堆摊浸滤厂房就会开始运作。

（吉隆坡30日讯）Borneo Oil Bhd首季净利从上财年同期的52万5000令吉，或每股0.14仙，飙涨逾19倍至1070万令吉，或每股0.36仙。

Borneo Oil今日向大马交易所报备，截至4月杪2017财政年首季业绩是由于快餐与特许经营，以及矿业、能源与相关部门这两大业务表现改善。

首季营业额为15亿令吉，较同期的1460万令吉，激增101倍。

Borneo Oil指出，其他业务也表现如预期，特别是产业、管理与营运部门，为集团作出贡献。

展望未来，随着集团业务持续表现，以及执行各种计划，董事部乐观表示，未来几个季度的表现将更好和有所改善。

婆罗石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板工业产品组）前景如何？它储存有上亿马币价值的黄金，也正在彭亨开发数千亩的金矿。另也在产业及快餐业有优异的业绩。公司已恢复盈利，且在大步前进，是否可以进场有关股项？

答：婆罗石油去年杪以1配6比例发售附加股，2送1凭单计划，筹措2亿3000万令吉，包括在大马半岛进行采金活动，即其中1500万令吉充当开拓金矿的开销、3000万令吉充当购买采金矿的机械与器材、以及金矿业务的营运资本为7562万1000令吉。

根据该公司于5月23日宣布的按月采矿产量的数据显示，该公司的999.9纯金库存量有55万8340克（或558.34公斤），而金锭产量则有3351.63克。

若以当时金价平均每克为155令吉为准，上述黄金的价值为8706万2105令吉。

探探该公司较新的业绩；截至2016年1月31日止第四季，净利为245万7000令吉（每股净利0.11仙），前期净利为452万3000令吉（每股净利1.36仙）。营业额则为1亿9019万2000令吉，前期为3569万8000令吉。

截至2016年1月31日止财政年，全年净利为1113万4000令吉（每股净利1.32仙），前期净利为700万8000令吉（每股净利2.73仙）。全年营业额为2亿7996万4000令吉，前期为8424万6000令吉。当时该公司的每股资产值为18仙。

该公司甫于2016年6月30日宣布最新的第一季业绩（截至2016年4月30日止），净利为1070万令吉（每股净利0.36仙），前期净利则为52万5000令吉（0.14仙）。

首季营业额为14亿9473万6000令吉，前期为1463万2000令吉。每股资产值为15仙。

该公司管理层表示，业绩持续改善，包括旗下快餐及特许专营权业务、以及矿务能源及相关业务。其他业务表现则属意料之中，特别是产业管理及营运领域也为公司业绩成出正面贡献。

Borneo Oil第三季净利按年飙升3倍

（吉隆坡28日讯）Borneo Oil Bhd第三季净利按年飙升3倍，归功于3500万令吉的投资物业重估收益。

该公司今日公布，截至10月杪的2016财政年第三季，净利从去年同期的526万令吉，攀至2160万令吉；营业额由2396万令吉，按年激增至9亿5044万令吉。

Borneo Oil向大马交易所报备，然而，营业额较第二季的10亿4754万令吉，下跌9.26%，主要因为黄金贸易和投资环境较为平静。

快餐与特许经营业务的收入从次季的1366万令吉，滑至1208万令吉。

此外，该公司在该季度还开设了3家Sugarbun和4家Pezzo特许店，门店数量分别达89和48家。

“矿业、能源与相关部门的收入按季降至9亿3733万令吉。贸易与投资部门在该季度购买5426.8公斤黄金，并售出5508公斤黄金，结算库存为836.34公斤。在同一时期，采矿活动生产了13.015公斤的黄金。”

Borneo Oil首9个月的净利从867万令吉，飙涨3倍至3668万令吉。

展望未来，该公司指出，最近的美国总统大选影响了消费者对黄金价格的信心。在Donald Trump胜选后，金价最初上涨至每盎司1335美元，但此后降至1130美元。

“我们认为，一旦美国经济复苏，加上升息，通货膨胀将在金价回升中发挥重要作用。”
