在justlife shop败回brewer yeast，亚麻籽，阿原手工肥皂（买了柠檬的给妈妈，希望她会喜欢 ）还有lavendar essential oil。一共败了RM130~
大大，那个亚麻籽是一粒一粒的，那要如何食用呢？
还有，为什么我打不开精油的盖子呢？

亚麻籽可以打成粉状，掺muesli，燕麦之类的早餐一起食用。或是泡水变软后一粒粒吃，拌沙拉也可以。有些面包师傅也拿来做面包。

精油盖子按下去同时扭转就可以打开了。

可以喝姜茶，不然什么也不喝也行。你想喝什么花茶？ rooibos tea不错。

我近几天会过去看看的，看derrickuan几时得空 如果是大量进口，在本地再小瓶包装就可能卖便宜。你买的是有机的，价钱肯定会偏高的。
