Bank of East Asia Limited versus Megan Media Holdings Berhad
(Shah Alam High Court Suit No. MT3-22-807-2007)
With reference to the Company?s announcement dated 15th June 2007 and Bursa
Malaysia?s letter dated 18th June 2007, the Company wishes to provide the
following information requested :-

1. The date of the presentation of the Writ of Summons
The writ of summons was presented to the Company on 14th June 2007.

2. The details of the default or circumstances leading to the filing of the
Writ of Summons
Bank of East Asia Limited is claiming for USD79,500 and SGD2,924,399.98 in
outstanding facilities. The Company had given corporate guarantees for the
facilities provided by Bank of East Asia Limited to the Company?s wholly owned
subsidiary MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

3. The total cost of investment by your Company in MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd
MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd was acquired on 6th January 2004 for a cash
consideration of RM97,158,000.

4. The expected losses, if any arising from the Writ of Summons
The Company intends to defend the suit and have engaged solicitors to undertake
this. The financial impact to the Company will ultimately depend on the outcome
of impending debt restructuring and regularization endeavour as announced in
the PN1/2001 monthly announcement dated 13th June 2007.

Bank of East Asia Limited is claiming for USD79,500 and SGD2,924,399.98 in outstanding facilities. The Company had given corporate guarantees for the facilities provided by Bank of East Asia Limited to the Company's wholly owned subsidiary MJC (Singapore) PteLtd.

3.   The total cost of investment by your Company in MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd

MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd was acquired on  6th January 2004 for a cash consideration of RM97,158,000.

4.   The expected losses, if any arising from the Writ of Summons

The Company intends to defend the suit and have engaged solicitors to undertake this. The financial impact to the Company will ultimately depend on the outcome of impending debt restructuring and regularization endeavour as announced in the PN1/2001 monthly announcement dated 13th June 2007.

（吉隆坡19日訊）子公司爆發假賬疑雲，導致媒岸控股（MEGAN，7101，主板工業）被打入修改后PN17公司行列 。 該公司向馬交所報備說，早前出爐的中期調查報告顯示，嚴重的虛假財報，使股東權益低于繳足資本，並少過上市條例8.16A（1）條文規定的最低水平。 “最終查調查報告將在4至6週內公佈，我們將採取任何法律行動，追討回虛假財報造成的損失。” 該公司表示，擁有充足的短期資金，持續現有業務。

你是说amsteel?我在停牌的前一个星期才舍得卖票，亏了46%
不见了大概rm10k.
每一次失败就是成功的诞生。
amsteel价钱站的更稳，到停牌还是维持0。07。
volume大，价钱变化不大。
最后？
现在都完全没消息了。
战役接近尾声的时候才加入是什么意思？
