明年4月重组后还清 富达置地已还90%债务

（吉隆坡4日讯）富达置地（Dutalnd，3948，主板种植股）已偿还了90%的债务，其余债务估计在明年4月悉数还清。
根据刚出炉的该公司2012年年，富达置地由2007年4月起，实施一项为期6年的财务重组计划。
通过脱售资产和公司本身所得资金，到目前为止，已偿还了90%的债务，其中大部份债务是提前摊还，从而节省了大笔利息。
报告书说，剩下的10%债务，预期将在2013年4月重组计划满期时，全部还清。
年报的账目显示，该公司截至今年6月底的负债额为1亿2100万令吉，只等于股东资金8亿2000万令吉的14%。
该公司的最宝贵的资产，是在沙巴的3万英亩油棕园，这也是该公司重组计划中，必须脱售的资产之一。
该公司去年拟以8亿3000万令吉，将此园丘脱售给IOI集团（IOICorp，1961，主板种植股），但后来又取消此项交易，目前仍为该公司的最有价值的资产。
此外，该公司在吉隆坡高级住宅区格尼山拥有73英亩屋地，正在发展为最高级的住宅区。第2期占地9英亩，将建4座豪华共管式公寓，总销售额约15亿令吉，已开始施工。
该公司去年每股仅亏1分，每股净有形资产价值1.43令吉。[Nanyang]

的确是可以博的。。。 因为那块种植地都值很多钱。。。 如果卖到可以使股价到50-70之间。。。
