合成统一净利飙90%

（吉隆坡26日讯）合成统一（HapSeng，3034，主板贸服股）和子公司合成种植（HSPlant，5138，主板种植股）第三季业绩表现大跃进，其中合成统一更取得超过90%的净利增长。

截至9月30日第三季，合成统一净利报9114万9000令吉，较上财年的4787万7000令吉增长了90.38%，同期营业额扬升29.86%至9亿4387万5000令吉。

合成统一指出，公司除了矿场和原料业务蒙受亏损，其他业务均取得不俗表现。

肥料交易和产业取得最为显著的营运收益增长，分别为209%及84%。

合成种植第三季净利取得58.98%增长至6623万5000令吉，上财年为4166万2000令吉；营业额则报1亿6740万3000令吉，较上财年增长46.72%，主要来自较高的原棕油和棕榈仁销售利润。[NanYang]

（吉隆坡1日訊）合成（HAPSENG，3034，主板貿服組）建議以8千500萬令吉脫售一塊位於亞庇的戲院綜合中心土地，從中賺取4千600萬令吉一次性盈利。

該公司發文告表示，有關土地大2.16英畝，目前由旗下從事產業投資業務的獨資子公司合成實業擁有，脫售能釋放該土地的投資價值，所得資金可能被用來減低債務或作為營運資本，也可能用於找尋新投資目標。（星洲互動）

合成統一斥4138萬 增持汽車業子公司

（吉隆坡5日訊）合成統一（HAPSENG，3034，主要板貿易）以4138萬令吉，增持子公司合成星（HSCB）35%股權。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，公司透過獨資子公司合成汽車，向Great Horizon有限公司收購合成星35%或1172萬5000股。

文告指出，雙方已同意並簽署股權買賣協議，合成汽車將在簽署協議的7天內付清30%款項，即1242萬令吉；其余款項則需在協議完成后清還。

計劃完成后，合成星將成為合成汽車獨資子公司，直接貢獻至后者汽車業務。

文告指出，截至去年12月底，合成星淨利達1182萬令吉、淨資產值4118萬令吉。[ChinaPress]
