最近 EPF 一直都在賣 Melewar 由 11 號開始賣.. 每天都在賣 相信 24/7, 25/7, 26/7, 27/7, 30/7 都還有在賣
已經由 27,565,601 (12.19%) 賣到 18,221,801 (8.05%)

Type of transaction Da ...

再這樣子賣的話 相信再過幾天 EPF 就不再是大股東了
希望我的猜測沒錯

难道EPF看不见它的hidden gem 吗? 不过很多股在EPF dispose of shares 後都大起!

雖然EPF 在卖股, 但是所有的票也被吃光了, 沒有出先卖压,  應該有好戏要上演了.

Mycron Steel signs supply agreement with BlueScope Steel

KUALA LUMPUR: The recently turned around Mycron Steel Bhd is set to useeven more of its capacity with the signing of a supply agreement with galvanised steel roofing and panelling specialist BlueScope Steel (M)Sdn Bhd.

The agreement signed through Mycron's wholly owned subsidiary Mycron Steel CRC Sdn Bhd is worth more than RM100mil annually for the supply of 60,000 tonnes of its product per year.

Mycron's is using about 80% of its total capacity, up from only 65.7% in 2006. The the new agreement would push this up to 100%, Mycron Steel Bhd chief executive officer Azlan Abdullah told reporters at thesigning ceremony on Tuesday.

Under the agreement, Mycron will purchase high quality hot rolled coil(HRC) steel from BlueScope Steel's Australian steel works in PortKembla, New South Wales, to process into CRC destined for BlueScope Steel Malaysia.

BlueScope Steel (M) is a joint venture that is 60% owned by Australia-based BlueScope Steel Ltd and 40% owned by PNB Equity Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd.

Mycron's HRC imports from BlueScope Steel Australia will fall outside the 60:40 rule for a period of three years, as it was considered to befor research and development purposes.

However, Azlan said the full impact of the tree-year supply contract would only be felt in financial year ending June 30, 2009, after Mycron's capacity expansion costing RM120mil was completed.

To a question on the company's involvement with Proton Holdings Bhd, Azlan said that Mycron was a direct supplier to Proton providing 22 various components to the national automaker.

Mycron's technical service agreement with JFE Steel Corp of Japan signed in February was beginning to bear fruit.

"We have many Japanese engineers here in Malaysia with Mycron and we are planning to send our engineers to Japan next year," he said.

On talk that parent company Melewar Industrial Group Bhd (MIG) intended to sell its stake in Australian mining company Gindalbie Metals Ltd,MIG executive director Datuk K.C. Lim who was present said, "We will sell when the price is right, but it is not now."

However, the group's partner in the project Anshan Steel of China would be increasing its stake in Gindalbie within the month, which would dilute MIG's holdings to 14.5% from 17.2% at present, he said.

On market talk that Mycron would be taken private due to its low shareprice, Azlan said that it was a matter for the parent company to decide.

Mycron is a 54.5% subsidiary of MIG.

短短 11 個交易日 總共賣了 5.10%

也给过股息
可是升势依然强劲
