Strategy to focus on higher end nitrile gloves. Kossan, which successfully launched the Chemax glove a few years ago, has seen good response to this product. The specialty of this glove is that although it is nitrile based, it has the feel of natural rubber gloves and its quality is also more superior to conventional nitrile gloves. Going forward, Kossan expects to produce an improved version of the Chemax glove for critical applications such as in handling oil based or harmful chemical applications. Ultimately, this glove category is expected to improve its product margin by 2-3%-pts to about 18%, and account for about 50% of its nitrile glove production in 1-2 years’ time. Finally, we gather that the company is also looking at producing surgical gloves starting 2011 to further strengthen its presence in the higher end examination glove market.

Maintain Buy.
Our ex-bonus fair value will be revised downwards to RM5.65 (cum-basis RM11.30) while the theoretical share price will adjust to an ex-bonus price of RM4.03, based on yesterday’s closing price of RM8.05. This still provides an upside of some 40%. We continue to like the company’s strategy in having a balanced product mix comprising about 60% natural rubber gloves and 40% nitrile gloves, which renders it responsive to market demand, whether from developed or developing countries.

造成大市向上，高产节节败退的主要原因。

半年37.78仙的业绩(红股后，18.89仙)并不另我失望，不排除低价再买进。

传说此报告一出，手套股全面走高。

CIMB给手套股的评级是 OVERWEIGHT
（The industry, as defined by the analyst's coverage universe,
has a high number of stocks that are expected to have total returns of +15% or
better over the next 12 months.）

如果现在进货（3.15）可能会开番。但研究报告不能尽信，只能参考。
打算进一点货。

HONG KONG: Two people were in critical condition in a Hong Kong hospital suffering from Influenza A, health officials said Friday, a year and a half after an outbreak that killed more than 80 people in the city.

The Chinese financial centre is nervous about infectious diseases, following the outbreak of the SARS virus in 2003, which killed 300 people in the city and a further 500 around the world.

"A 21-year-old female is in critical condition after contracting swine flu", a spokeswoman for Hong Kong's Queen Elizabeth Hospital told AFP.

The woman, from mainland China, was admitted to hospital on January 11 and transferred to the intensive care unit on Tuesday, the spokeswoman said, adding that she could not confirm if the woman was infected outside the city.

Also Tuesday, a two-year-old girl was placed in the hospital's intensive care unit after she contracted the illness, the spokeswoman said.

Hong Kong's health department confirmed Friday that the deadly influenza had claimed 83 lives since an outbreak in 2009 that sparked widespread panic and also drew criticism over what some described an an official over-reaction.

Authorities ordered three million doses of Influenza A vaccine in late 2009 -- enough for almost half the city's population.

In May 2009, health authorities quarantined around 300 guests and staff at a hotel where the carrier, a Mexican national, had briefly stayed, while education chiefs ordered all primary schools to be closed for two weeks over fears about the illness spreading in the teeming metropolis.

In July 2009, a Philippine maid became the city's first fatality from Influenza A.

The World Health Organization said last summer that 18,156 people had died from the virus, a year after it was declared a pandemic, but that the influenza had become "globally less active".

高产第三季度的报告。我满意靠近9分的成绩。三个季度总和盈利27.8分，或是1:1红股前的55.6分。











最近的胶价破了新高峰，这个月更站稳在1000以上。高产60%生产胶手套, 40%生产丁晴手套，我相信高产已经向客户推销更便宜的丁晴手套。丁晴手套的赚幅更高，抵消了胶价带来的影响。

2010年增加的产能已经全部用来生产丁晴手套，相信即将公布的末季成绩会比第三季更好。

哈哈哈。。。不可思议。。。。不错的业绩报告，居然单天大掉0.19 （6%++)，而且触及52周新低。

看来是时候吃回头草了。
