这样着账目表面好看罢了，那里可以拿去年的今年的比较，应该拿前一个季度的。。。
你看看6月的和现在这个比较。。。

On behalf of STB, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 5 September 2013 fixed the issue price for the placement of 30,000,000 Placement Shares (“Price-fixing Date”) at RM0.10 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represent a premium of approximately RM0.0280 or 38.89% over the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of the STB Shares up to and including 4 September 2013 being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.0720 per STB Shares. （吉隆坡6日讯）升利吉科技（SANICHI，0133，创业版）宣布，私下配售3000万股新股，定价每股10仙。

升利吉科技向马交所报备，比较截至2013年9月4日的5天成交量加权平均价（WAMP），定价溢价约2.8仙或38.89%。

升利吉科技6月中建议私下配售计划，最高发行3999万2000股或相等于缴足股本的10%。

马交所已在8月7日批准私下配售计划。

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (24) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of STB wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 October 2013 received the Certificate of Incorporation (Form 9) dated 30 October 2013 from the Companies Commission of Malaysia on the incorporation of a subsidiary by STB namely "Sanichi Property Sdn Bhd" ("SPSB"). SPSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia with a paid-up capital of RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The directors of SPSB are Dato’ Pang Chow Huat and Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Bin Hamdan and the shareholders are Dato’ Pang Chow Huat and STB who each holds 1 share.
