Superb Undervalued!" | The Board of Directors of Connect would like to clarify on an article appearing in klse.i3investor.com website on Saturday, 13 June 2020, entitled “This Stock Will Skyrocket More Than Glove Stocks Play! Superb Undervalued!”. It was quoted in the article that "..Connect would be next vehicle for the backdoor listing (reverse takeover) by S5 System..".
The Board of Directors of Connect wishes to inform that as of the date of this announcement, Connect is in negotiations with the relevant party pertaining to the possible reverse takeover exercise involving S5 Systems Sdn. Bhd.
The Company has not signed any agreement on the said matter. However, the Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) as appropriate when there are further developments on this matter.
The Board of Directors is cognisant of the need for proper dissemination of information to the public and will release the relevant announcement on any material issue in a timely manner as required by the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
