马来西亚reit 的股价是很难起的,除了那些刚上不久的,好像,现在的 IGB reit, 也不怎么会动。 |

igb reit ipo RM1.25,现在RM1.40, 刚宣布第一次派租金。
给点时间,租金要靠Inflation来逐月,逐年提升的。

我也是觉得amfirst很不错了。
过后还有arreit, uoareit 及 bsdreit
这四个是我心水reit。
慢慢增加持股中 |

(吉隆坡1日讯)大马第一产托(AMFirst,5120,主板产业信托股)截至2013年3月31日财年,营业额报1亿980万令吉,净利则报7420万令吉。
与上财年同期相比,全年营业额和净利分别上涨12.1%和12.6%。
根据文告,大马第一产托将在截至3月31日的6个月派发每单位3.65仙。
加上2012年12月派发的3.16仙,2013财年共派发每单位6.81仙。
市值7.4亿
大马第一产托总执行长林永平说,资产营运表现稳健、新收购产业带来进账,加上借贷下降节省利息成本,皆推动产托业绩。
截至今年3月31日,产托投资组合共有9项产业,总值12亿8000万令吉。
以每单位1.08令吉价格计算,大马第一产托市值达7亿4130万令吉(截至今年2月31日)。
林永平说:“发行新单位、资产负债表更强稳后,我们将透过收购和提升原有产业让产托持续增长。”[南洋网财经]

(吉隆坡1日讯)大马第一产托(AMFIRST,5120,主板产业信托股)管理公司宣布,委任祖海里为代总执行长。
该公司向马交所报备,其管理公司AmARA产托管理有限公司委任祖海里为代总执行长,8月1日起生效,取代以私人理由退休的林永平。
现年44岁的祖海里,2008年4月15日起就担任Am ARA的资产管理主管。

大马第一产托次季派息3.65仙

(吉隆坡6日讯)在整体产业组合带动下,大马第一产托(AMFIRST,5120,主板产业信托股)截至9月30日止次季内,净利按年微增1.5%至1226万8000令吉,上财年为1208万7000令吉。
该公司向马交所报备,次季内,在于去年11月1日收购完毕的Tun Sri Lanang大厦(也成为Jaya99)收入贡献带动下,大马第一产托营业额达2780万5000令吉,按年扬3.63%,上财年为2683万令吉。
在首半年,大马第一产托净利达2535万1000令吉,增长15.74%,上财年是2190万4000令吉;营业额则达5625万令吉,增长率5.26%,5344万令吉。
收入增加,加上以附加股筹资后银行贷款偿还减少节省利息开销,该公司派发更高的收入分配,在第二季派发每单位收入分配3.65仙。[南洋网财经]
