再生能源需求增加‧专艺资源转盈前景俏

（吉隆坡日讯）全球再生能源需求持续增加，以及管理转型的效应，专艺资源（PA,7225,主板工业产品服务组）10年来首度转亏为盈，2019财政年净利达到430万马币。

由于再生能源的全球需要量不断增加，铝是其中一项主要的材料，而专艺资源生产的铝的质量符合发达国家一些公司的要求，以致销售量突飞猛进，2019财政年的表现急速反弹，从2018财政年的净亏损1千890万的到今年净利的马币430万！

这也是公司过去10年来，首度全季度转亏为盈。

2017年上任的董事经理拿督斯里刘官金透露，全球对环保意识的提高，使到再生能源的需求也渐渐增加，带动制造再生能源的其中一项主要原料－铝的需求，因此他对公司前景十分乐观。

他说：“铝是一种非常环保的产品，那怕10年、20年后都可以循环使用。我们一些客户生产环保产品，如太阳能发电器，需要用到有质量的铝作为生产原料，因此我相信全球对铝的需求是持续性的。”

刘官金也是双箭肥料私人有限公司的创办人兼董事经理，具有30年的营运经验。他进入专艺资源之后，推行多项改革计划，包括加强公司组织结构，开源节流。

并且加强生产线。他说：“为了应付剧增的需求，公司加强生产线，提升质量，因此购置更先进的生产机械，要做符合世界要求的高质量铝产品。”

他指出，旧生产线每个月只能生产600－700吨铝，随着新机械的投入，月产量经翻倍。

与此同时，公司也会加强对产品研发的投入。 刘官金说：“我们期望一天成为再生能源的世界主要供应商之一！”

他坦然说，中美贸易战的确间接的使公司受益，不过他相信这只是中短期效应，不能过度依赖，公司本身也要自强不息，做好自己，以便在长期上可以通过本身的实力，与世界其他公司相互竞争。

“对专艺资源而言，2019财政年的表现只是一个开始，还有很多后续工作要处理和加强。”

当然，他对前景充满信心，管理层的转型，中美贸易战的中短期有利因素，加上全球持续性对铝产品的认可是长期性的，无论是短期、中期和长期，前景都看俏 。

He was elected as the State Assemblyman for Tanah Rata the same year and was later appointed as an EXCO member of the Pahang State Government where he remained until 1990.He was the Member of Parliament for Lipis, Pahang from 1990 to 1995 and Selayang, Selangor from 1995 to 2008. He was the Deputy Minister of Culture, Arts & Tourism from 1990 to 1995. He was appointed as Deputy Minister of Energy, Communications & Multimedia in 1995 to 1999 and then the Deputy Minister of Finance from 1999 to 2003. He became the Minister of Transport in 2003 until 2008.He was the Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in Nirvana Asia Ltd from 2014 to 2016.He is currently the Adjunct Professor to the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University Malaya. He was appointed to this position in 2017.
