環球東方斥5000萬買公司 涉足隆市金三角7.3億發展

（吉隆坡22日訊）環球東方（GOB，1147，主要板房產）建議以總值5101萬令吉價碼，收購Julung Jutawan私人有限公司全數股權。

該公司向馬證交所報備，建議以19萬9900令吉現金收購Julung Jutawan的99.95%股權，並支付5001萬令吉現金供后者償還拖欠款項。同時，環球東方再以80萬令吉，收購Julung Jutawan其余股權。

上述交易涉及的資金，將通過內部融資。

環球東方在完成收購后，將間接參與吉隆坡金三角地區的土地發展項目，估計該地段的住宅發展工程在未來4年，可有7億3000萬令吉發展總值。

另外，環球東方在2015年底與峇都加灣發展私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，以4100萬令吉脫售Penaga Pesona私人有限公司51%股權。

該公司現行使期權，將其余49%股權以3900萬令吉轉手。【中国报财经】

Nawawi, for the following: to subscribe for 199,900 new ordinary shares of JJSB representing 99.95% of the enlarged issued share capital of JJSB for a total cash consideration of RM199,900 and payment of RM50,010,514 to JJSB for the settlement of amount owing to existing shareholders of JJSB; and to acquire 51 and 29 ordinary shares of JJSB from Shahrin bin Osman and Mohd. Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(24) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of GOB wishes to announce that Versatile Flagship Sdn Bhd (“Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GOB, had on 13 February 2019 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Kgrill Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Purchaser”) for the disposal of 687,500 ordinary shares, representing 91.7% equity interest in Strategic Delight Sdn Bhd (“SDSB”) for a cash consideration of RM1.00 (“Proposed Disposal”). SDSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 6 July 2015, with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM1,299,517.00 consisting of 750,000 ordinary shares. SDSB is principally engaged in food and beverage business. Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, SDSB shall cease to be a subsidiary of GOB. The Proposed Disposal is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of GOB Group. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of GOB and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Proposed Disposal. This announcement is dated 13 February 2019.

Working experience and occupation

Mr Chow has some 40 years of working experience of which 35 years were in banking and financial services and the remaining 5 years in property development and hospitality industries. He began his professional career as a banking officer in D&C Bank Berhad (now RHB Bank Berhad) in October 1978.
