外汇亏损．益资利金融2个月亏104万

（吉隆坡16日讯）受外汇亏损所累，益资利金融（ECM,2143,主板金融组）截至2016年12月31日2个月净亏104万令吉，相比去年前期3个月净亏581万令吉。

外汇亏损114万

该公司解释，上述2个月过渡期的外汇转换亏损达114万，债券的注销亏损达75万令吉。

配合其财政年由1月杪调整至12月31日，其11个月累积盈利602万6000令吉，相比2015年2月至2016年1月杪12个月累积盈利1117万7000令吉。

该公司文告说，截至12月31日11个月获税前盈利712万和税后盈利603万令吉；这笔贡献自组合管理收入达1121万令吉，从脱售债券获利552万令吉，利息收入468万令吉、租金收入118万和其他收入148万令吉。

“同期，营运开销达1500万令吉，子公司的外汇亏损114万令吉，债券注销亏损75万令吉。”

上述期间，其投资控股获税前盈利160万令吉、基金管理166万令吉、结构融资465万令吉；同期投资控股营运开销506万、基金管理开销987万令吉。

其2个月营业额310万2000令吉，相比前期3个月营收为283万3000令吉；累积11个月营收2222万3000令吉，相比前期12个月营收3666万1000令吉。

展望未来，公司将持续由基金管理获收益，并从债券投资与结构融资活动攫取契机。

续寻高回报新投资　益资利专注金融服务

（吉隆坡12日讯）约5年前出售投行业务后，至今仍未觅得適合新投资的益资利（ECM，2143，主板金融股），接下来仍会专注现有核心业务--金融服务，並继续寻找適当的投资项。

该公司董事经理林健安在今日出席股东大会后向媒体表示，目前公司將会考量所有领域，惟未有任何定案。

「当然，我们会將目光放在高成长和高回报领域，如內部收益率（IRR）达20%以上的业务。」

他补充，益资利从事涵盖资金管理、结构性融资等的金融服务集团，所以未来发展也將以金融服务业务为主，辅以任何可助集团进一步壮大的新商机。

「集团目前的资產约为1亿4000万令吉，其中现金或现金相等资產是1亿令吉。」

利基市场成长动力

在最主要的资金管理业务上，益资利子公司--Libra Invest公司（LIB）首席执行员李伟中透露，截至3月杪，公司管理资產价值（AUM）为48亿3000万令吉，接下来的成长动力主要来自大型资產管理业者所忽视的利基市场，尤其是资產总额在1000万令吉至1500万令吉、手上有100万令吉至300万令吉流动投资资金的客户。

「对大部份管理巨额资產的同行而言，他们的目標客户为流动投资资金为500万令吉至1000万令吉以上的人士，但持有较少资金的人士同样具有投资需求，我们会锁定这类被忽略的客户。」

他指出，若马股接下来维持目前的强稳走势，国內许多基金的表现將会远好于去年。

「保守估计，益资利旗下AUM將在今年增长10%到20%。」

他补充，益资利旗下的资源类信託基金在去年表现最好，回报率为13.5%，而以股息为主题的信託基金表现亦出色，回报率在9.5%左右。

建立自身品牌

展望未来，李伟中表示，益资利资產管理业务的当务之急是重组並扩充其分销网络，还有进一步建立自身品牌。

「此外，我们亦会探討金融科技（FinTech）的应用，比如网络基金交易。」

无论如何，李伟中认为，金融科技仅是一种扩充分销管道和节省成本的方法，服务品质才是决定其资產管理业务成败的关键。【东方网财经】

8860万入股4公司购3酒店
益资利金融转攻酒店业

2017年5月6日
（吉隆坡6日讯）2012年脱售投资银行及证券业务后，益资利金融（ECM，2143，主板金融股）已鉴定酒店管理为该公司的新核心业务。

该公司昨日向交易所报备，建议以总值8860万令吉，收购新加坡TP Real Estate控股（TPRE）4家子公司的50%股权，及收购Tune Hotels 私人有限公司（THSB）3家酒店 ，进军酒店业务。

收购活动是一项关联交易，因为益资利金融董事经理林建安持有新加坡上市公司Plato Capital公司的控制股权；而Plato Capital公司同时持有TPRE及Tune Hotels.Com公司（THCL）的股权，林建安则持有THCL的13.6%股权。

益资利金融指出，上述收购活动与合作，让公司可多元化营业额及盈利来源。同时，也借助Tune 酒店的业务增长。

该公司还说，该些资产的策略地理位置，前景光明，符合我国及澳洲在旅游及酒店领域的乐观前景。

发1.6亿新股

益资利金融进一步解释，TPRE的4家子公司分别是TP Sepang 私人有限公司、TP Hotel （Flinders）Trust （简称TP Flinders）、TP International 私人有限公司，及Yummy Kitchen 私人有限公司。

益资利金融将以每股36仙，发售1亿6021万股新股，来完成这4家子公司的收购活动。

THSB的3家酒店，则包括槟城Tune 酒店、亚庇Tune 酒店，及Tune 酒店KLIA Aeropolis的经营与管理权；将通过现金及换股，完成该活动。

配合收购计划，益资利金融也与Tune Hotels.Com （BVI）有限公司签署合作协议，以在完成收购活动后，能进一步提升、推广和发展新加盟酒店。另外，该公司也建议以2800万令吉现金，脱售非核心资产给Nobleman控股私人有限公司，包括ECM Libra 建筑的一部分，及一间半独立式住宅房产。

部分脱售收益将用来派发特别股息。

该公司于上财年，把财政年截止日，从原本的1月31日，改为12月31日。所以，2016财年只有11个月，从2016年2月1日至12月31日。

因此，截至12月杪的2016财年季度业绩报告，无法与本财年的季度业绩报告做比较。

益资利金融今日向交易所报备，该公司次季录得501万8000令吉的营业额。

累计首半年，益资利金融净赚76万3000令吉，或每股0.27仙；同期营业额则达1000万令吉。

该公司指出，营业额来源主要是目前的业务，即投资、单位信托基金管理与资产管理、结构放贷及金融相关服务，提供贷款及资金管理服务，因此备受金融市场波动影响。
