交易回归正常 交易所业绩料无惊喜

（吉隆坡24日讯）鉴於第3季度成交量从大选后的交投活跃情况，回归常態，分析员认为，大马交易所（BURSA，1818，主板金融股）將出炉的第3季度业绩料无惊喜。
大马交易所股价今日先跌后涨，闭市报7.74令吉，涨13仙或6.05%，是第6大上升股。共有29万股易手。 该公司將在29日（週一）公佈其第3季度（截至9月30日止）业绩。
马银行投行分析员表示，大马交易所第3季度净利料介於5000万令吉至5200万令吉，比次季的5800万令吉稍微走软，原因是股市成交量在大选后回归正常水平。
「第3季的每日平均成交值（ADV）为24亿7000万令吉（按季萎缩14%），比起首季和次季的逾29亿令吉来得少。」
不过，较高的衍生產品（美元计价的棕油期货）交易收入按季则走高6%，至346万令吉，可稍微抵消股市交易减少的衝击。上半年而言，股市交易贡献了大马交易所53%的营收，而14%是来自衍生產品交易。
该分析员预测， 今明两年平均成交值料为27亿令吉和28亿令吉，而成交值每跌1亿令吉，將会导致公司的净利预测减少2.5%。
他说，大马交易所完成以2送1红股，及连续两年派发每股8仙特別股息后，未来料缺乏利好因素。此外，完成派发股息后，大马交易所持有的现金已降低至1亿3 5 0 0万令吉，次季是是3亿1200万令吉。

国内外吹逆风·交易所次季少赚20%

（吉隆坡1日讯）大马交易所（BURSA,1818,主板金融服务组）受到国内外市场逆风利空冲击，如全球经济走软、全球金融市场宽松及企业盈利疲弱等，截至2019年6月30日止第二季净利下跌20.39%至4633万9000令吉，较前期净利为5821万4000令吉。
大马交易所首半年净利同步下跌23.61%，至9319万4000令吉，比前期净利为1亿2199万5000令吉。
大马交易所第二季营业额为1亿2396万令吉，较前期的1亿4055万5000令吉下跌11.80%。首半年营业额为2亿5048万8000令吉，比前期的2亿9126万6000令吉减少14%。
派息10.40仙
大马交易所宣布派发每股10.40仙的股息。
大马交易所首席执行员拿督莫哈末乌玛在文告指出，大马交易所首半年净利9320万令吉，按年下跌23.6%，主要是营运营收按年下跌14.0%至2亿4000万令吉。
他说，首半年的营运开销持续获得良好管理，按年下跌0.7%至1亿2260万令吉，前期为1亿2340万令吉。行销及业务发展开销增加39.7%至860万令吉，主要投在证券及衍生产品市场以吸引新市场参与者。
衍生产品税前盈利跌14.7%
他指出，交易所2019年第二季税前盈利为6330万令吉，比上一季的6440万令吉下跌1.7%。证券市场税前盈利为7460万令吉，比上一季增加3.1%，主要是营运营收增加支持，营运营收增加1.8%至9380万令吉，营运开销则下跌2.4%至2230万令吉。
衍生产品市场第二季税前盈利为850万令吉，较上季下跌14.7%。至于员工开销则增加9.9%至1810万令吉，主要是较高的员工成本及建筑物管理费。
本地市场表现符预期乌玛说：“本地市场表现符合预期，因投资者在今年首半年采取谨慎立场。虽然营运环境具挑战，惟交易所将持续建立其强项，即仍浮现正面动力的伊斯兰资金市场。”
他指出，交易所正面看待未来前景，特别中小资本股项的交易活动正面、及首次公开售股（IPO）计划有增无减则令人鼓舞，使交易所在集资领域方面，成功进入东盟股市的榜首，首半年涉及集资款项达到14亿令吉。
今年首半年，证券市场的交易营收下跌19.6%至1亿1780万令吉，主要是证券市场较低的平均每日交易值。非交易总营收则下跌5.9%至8130万令吉，较前期为8640万令吉，因首次及常年上市费的上市及发售服务下跌，以及较低的处理收费等所致。
下半年市场料稳健
虽然市场充满逆风，惟今年下半年的证券市场表现料稳健，特别是今年6月外资成为净买家，预料此市场趋势将持续至7月份。
乌玛指出，今年首半年，衍生产品市场交易营收下跌14.1%至3330万令吉，主要是原棕油期货以及富时大马综指期货的交易合约减少，平均每天合约减少9.9%至4万9351项合约，较前期为5万4794项合约。
伊斯兰资金市场方面，今年首半年的Suq Al-Sila交易所交易营收增加2.5%至760万令吉。平均每日交易值增加49.8%至321亿令吉，前期为214亿令吉，预料强劲表现可持续，因它扩张全球市场，以及其平台推介新本地非银行参与者。
续加强产品服务谈到大马交易所的未来业务展望，乌玛指出，交易所将继续扩张及加强旗下的产品与服务以推动交易活动，以及为本地市场吸引新的投资者及市场参与者。2019年6月11日，交易所推出“Bursa Anywhere”，东盟首创移动存票服务，使投资者可通过手机随时随地应用中央存票相关服务，预料将推介额外服务以加强投资者在交易所的体验。
乌玛表示，由于环境具挑战、及若是没有任何不可预见事件，大马交易所预料今年下半年可保持现有表现。

兴业研究指出，大马交易所半年净利9320万令吉，低于预期，惟预料2020财政年的证券平均每日交易值将改善。
兴业将2019财政年净利下调8%，以反映其证券平均每日交易值假设下调3%至22亿8000万令吉利空。
达证券也因次季和半年净利不如预期，而下调2019至2021财政年净利预测3.3和3.4%。
大马投行将大马交易所2019至2021财政年的净利预测下调11.3%、10.1%及6.9%，主要配合调低证券平均每日交易值及衍生产品交易所的每日平均交易合约的预测。
下半年盈利料好转
丰隆研究认为，大马交易所半年每股股息为10.4仙，较前期的14仙为低，但预料今年下半年外资重返马股，有望使交易所业绩从中受惠。
由于预期整体马股下半年表现较好，MIDF研究认为大马交易所的盈利会稍为好转。
肯纳格研究也预期马股下半年有望好转，特别是全球市场不明朗因素逐渐消逝，如美国与中国贸易战及英国脱欧、加上本地股市稳健及抗跌性质的支持。
马银行研究则表示交易所业绩符合预测，与其他同侪不同调，并维持财测不变，主要是看好长期预测本益比平均估值。
艾芬黄氏研究表示，马股长期走低影响交易所最新季度业绩表现，也影响其作为回酬率投资主题的优势，从而建议沽售评级。

(i) Bursa Malaysia will acquire the remaining 25% equity interest in Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (“Bursa Derivatives”) from CME Group Strategic Investments LLC (“CMEGSI”) consequent to an exercise of a put option (“Put Option”) by CME Group Inc (“CME Group”) (“the Acquisition”). Upon completion of the Acquisition, Bursa Derivatives becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia.

Bursa Derivatives also entered into a non-binding Strategic Cooperation Agreement (“SCA”) with CME, signifying CME's commitment to the Malaysian derivatives market under which CME and Bursa Derivatives will explore new products and other business opportunities that will deliver value to their respective customers.
