Contents	:	We refer to the earlier announcement made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad (“OSK”), on behalf of the Board of Directors of MEB, on 23 May 2008, with regards to the approval obtained from the Securities Commission (“SC”) and Foreign Investment Committee (“FIC”) on the Proposals.

不! 你没错!
它有拿到几十亿的西海岸大道, 听说会喷到一点给柏年Brem (建筑)
但这是后来的事!
他在Cambodia是有威望的建筑公司, 几个airport是它包的!
儿子Favco更是世界高楼都要雇的全球起重大王!
中东也拿到很多 project, 虽然正牌老板是华人!
如果老板的接班人认真干, 将来会是领头羊!

是有点其他想法是。。。同样为家喻户晓的GAMUDA--真正老板也是华人-随便一个政治变动他就含有政治味道很浓的丢出自己的股票--这些华人究竟原先是什么背景则蛮感兴趣。。。以前有网友[忘记是谁了]分享过--MUHIBAH的前身也是因为政治因素才会有如今的MUHIBAH--GAMUDA是否也会有GAMUDA二代的说--这些华人究竟势力如何竟然能够世代在我国政权交替中获得工程合约[多少都有政治因素的]--虽然近5年MUHIBAH和GAMUDA都标榜着海外发展工程注重占60%以上--资历雄厚-经验丰富--但是本地工程除了前身马有耐得如今UEM和一些比较显眼的巫统权贵阿里巴巴分赃公司外--他们两个在大型政府发展蓝图企划下还是占有显著比重。。。

这些情况逼使我对他们的财报-海外发展等等都不是很关注--而着重在相关他们的消息上进行投机股价活动。。。WCT我也是如此--就纯粹消息考量下才买入从事股价投机活动--原谅我比较炒味浓--我的知质仅限于此的说

Muhibbah的老板叫老麦，大女儿是nando's的掌门人，2个儿子各掌管1个上市公司，2儿子掌MEB，小儿子掌Favco；公司的特点是70%马来员工，管理层一般都是华人，所以懒洋洋的气氛围绕着整个公司。

谈到政治背景你就不得不体nam fatt了，老麦家族就是nam fatt的股东，之后政治力量陷入，他只身成立了muhibbah到今天，很多本地project其实也是靠关系和行规拿回来的，所以他们比较向往外国的project。
目前在打中东的市场，一旦知名，绝对可以和WCT, GAMUDA齐名。

Favco的建筑起重机的确有名不过不是世界最强，但是因为价廉物美，信誉佳，所以很畅销，但是王者还是德国liebherr；至于岸外起重机就是价钱便宜，东南亚之王，比起德国liebherr，挪威的还差的远。

目前是dubai burg，之前包括台湾101，美国wtc，澳洲burrinjuck dam，中国three georges dam，美国new york towel等：他们之前的口号是9 out of 10 tallest building by Favco crane；可是真正搞到工厂繁忙的其实是offshore crane。
