亿钢控股获3280万合约
2017年12月19日
(吉隆坡18日讯)亿钢控股(ECONBHD,5253,主板建筑股)获颁总值3280万令吉的合约,负责为雪兰莪八打灵县的一项综合产业项目提供钻孔打桩、桩帽及下部结构工程服务。
亿钢控股向马交所报备,独资子公司Econpile私人有限公司是在上周四(14日)时,收到来自Majestic Maxim私人有限公司的得标信函。
根据文告,上述的综合产业项目将会包括有一栋45层楼高的综合商用大楼,和四栋37层楼高的公寓。
亿钢控股指出,上述合约为期约10个月,并将会积极贡献公司2018财年的净利和营业额。【e南洋】

亿钢:抵消房市走缓
大量基建项目释商机

(吉隆坡24日讯)亿钢控股(ECONBHD,5253,主板建筑股)表示,虽然房市走缓,但基建领域仍有大量工程释出,仍有许多机会获得合约,特别是地下工程。
总执行长潘沙在记者会上指出,目前持12亿令吉订单,可支撑未来两年表现。同时,正竞标超过10亿令吉项目。
潘沙透露,公司以往会接到许多1亿至2亿令吉的竞标邀约,但随着房市走缓,竞标规模也随之缩小,因发展商如今多注重于可负担房屋。
不过他说,亿钢控股的优势不只是打桩,地下工程也十分在行。
“吉隆坡仍需要许多停车场和距离地表很深的地下室,这些都是我们在行的利基市场。”
潘沙坦言,公司在工程越艰难、越深的隧道项目拥有绝佳竞争力,反之,工程较简易的项目则无法和其他业者竞争。
同时,他也说公司在未来五年内都会专注于国内市场,因本地商机仍蓬勃。
针对政府将在年中检讨最低薪金制,潘沙认为这对公司影响不大,主要是因为旗下员工的薪金早已超越最低薪金制的门槛。
亿钢控股财务部高级总经理卞俐添透露,该公司仍十分专注于房产发展业务的重复客户。
“尽管房市走缓,但我们去年仍在白沙罗高原赢得其中一个最大的项目,发展总值达70亿令吉。”
其中,首阶段项目的合约价值也有5.7亿令吉。
出席者还包括执行董事戴君恩和集团董事经理戴清荣。
获国能1.19亿合约
亿钢控股获Bayu Mantap私人有限公司1亿1910万令吉合约,负责国能吉隆坡分部再发展项目的副结构和底层工程。
根据文告,国能吉隆坡分部将再发展成拥两座高楼的综合发展产业,包括一栋52层楼高的企业大厦及一栋59层楼高综合酒店和服务式公寓的住宅高楼。
合约为期22个月,预计会贡献公司2018财年的业绩。
潘沙指出,在获颁上述合约后,公司在2018财年已拿下5张工程合约,总值达到4亿4190万令吉。
“我们目前手持订单值达14亿令吉,该些合约将在未来三年内逐步贡献业绩。”【w南洋】

億鋼控股獲利2273萬創新高

(吉隆坡26日訊)億鋼控股(ECONBHD,5253,主要板建築)2018財年次季淨利按年增6.4%至2273萬令吉,創下史上最高紀錄!
億鋼控股向馬證交所報備,截至12月底次季營業額也按年成長9.7%,報1億6217萬令吉。其中,基建業務貢獻大漲261%,由1130萬令吉增長至4080萬令吉;而房產發產業務貢獻則減少11%至1億2140萬令吉。
同時,億鋼控股首半財年營業額按年增26.4%,達3億3110萬令吉;淨利亦揚16.2%至4392萬令吉。
目前,億鋼控股持有13億令吉訂單,其中包括第三輕快鐵計劃(LRT 3)、巴生谷捷運2號線,以及位于柏威年白沙羅高原的房產項目等。
億鋼控股總執行長兼執行董事潘沙透過文告指出:“公司目前手握總值4億4190萬令吉合約,未來投標書有望突破10億令吉。”【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡29日讯)亿钢控股(Econpile Holdings Bhd)获杨忠礼机构(YTL Corp Bhd)子公司杨忠礼建筑私人有限公司(Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay)颁发总值3410万令吉的合约,承接金马士-新山电气化双轨铁路项目一部分的钻孔打桩及桩帽工程。
亿钢控股执行董事兼集团总执行长潘沙指出,加上最新这份合约,公司订单为13亿令吉,预计将在未来两三年确认。
该线路包括192公里的电气化双轨、车站、电动车站、陆地高架桥、桥梁、电气化及信号系统。
“亿钢控股将负责Section 3的工程,从巴罗(Paloh)至令金(Renggam)。”
该集团指出,合约期为4个月,预计在截至2019年6月30日止财政年为集团带来进账。
另外,亿钢控股公布,截至6月杪2018财政年第四季净利跌6.7%至1946万令吉,或每股1.46仙,去年同期报2086万令吉,或每股1.56仙,因大部分收入来自赚幅一般较低的基础设施项目。
然而,末季营业额从1亿5768万令吉,扬21.9%至1亿9228万令吉。
全年净利增7.8%至8710万令吉,相比2017财年的8077万令吉;营业额报7亿2840万令吉,比去年的5亿8191万令吉,按年弹升25.2%。
潘沙表示,亿钢控股未来将专注于提高效率,以加强净利增长。
“我们将在新财年继续保持审慎,并专注于更有效地优化我们的资源。过去两三年里,我们大量投资在机械,这足以满足进行中项目的广泛需求。”
他补充:“我们的目标是规划未来的可持续增长。”
