（吉隆坡18日讯）鉴于市场信心疲弱打压本地建筑业，Vizione Holdings Bhd正加快进军东南亚市场的计划。

董事经理拿督黄安辉表示，Vizione的目标是在2019年第三季之前参与印尼和越南的房屋及基础设施项目，比2020年的初步计划更早。

他今日出席股东常年大会后向记者说：“就大马而言，市场情绪依然疲弱。大型项目可能还要再等两年，等我国的财政状况稳健。”

他解释说：“我们一定会以联营合作为基础，开展海外房屋项目，而基础设施将任特许持有人的主要承包商。”

然而，他指出，Vizione仍有33亿令吉的未完成订单，足以让集团在未来4年忙碌。

We refer to the announcement made on 13 April 2018 in relation to the company wholly-owned subsidiary, Wira Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd ("WSSB") has on 13 April 2018 accepted a Letter of Award from Vertice Construction Sdn. Bhd (formerly known as Million Twilight Sdn. Bhd.) ("VCSB"), to upgrade the Federal Road 12 (FR 12) from Gambang, Pahang to Segamat, Johor – Phase 1. VHB wishes to announce that VCSB had notified WSSB that VCSB and their main sub-contractor had entered into a Mutual Termination of the agreement for the Project ("Mutual Termination"). Following the Mutual Termination, it has been agreed by VCSB and WSSB that WSSB's appointment under the Letter of Award dated 13 April 2018 shall accordingly be mutually withdrawn with immediate effect subject to full payment of all progress claims made by WSSB.
