成业家私首季净赚1170万

(吉隆坡14日讯)受产业发展业务、木板和橡胶木家具营业额增长带动,成业家私(SYF,7082,主板消费品组)截至2016年10月31日止首季,净利增加8.06%,由前期的1082万8000令吉增至1170万1000令吉。
成业家私首季营业额则增长56.66%,至1亿4871万令吉。
该公司通过文告表示,今年将持续充满挑战性。
成业家私认为,产业发展业务将持续贡献显著盈利,Kiara Plaza和Lavender住宅A座销售和建筑工程进展理想,并已开始贡献盈利。
该公司也计划在2017财政年年中,将开放销售Lavender住宅B座和Iris住宅。
此外,成业家私指出,橡胶木家具业务的加工材料和零件则因为出口需求没有显著上扬,而预料不会有所增长。
至于木板业务,预计中密度纤维板(mdf)厂将于明年下半年可以完全营运,料可增加此业务的表现。

成业资源1550万购霹工业地
2017年1月14日
(吉隆坡13日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)宣布,以1550万令吉向Maju Weko木材工业私人有限公司(MWTI),买下位于霹雳的3片工业地皮及建筑。
成业资源向马交所报备,独资子公司 Great Platform私人有限公司今日与MWTI签署买卖协议,买下占地8.682公顷的永久地契工业地皮及建筑。
该公司将通过内部资金或银行借贷,完成上述收购。不过,成业资源目前尚未决定融资组合的比例。
收购地皮将为成业资源的木材加工及纸板制造业务,提供额外场地,让该公司能在未来扩展业务。
该公司表示,上述地皮的位置非常理想,因接近木材原料所在地。
上述收购活动预计会在买卖协议签署后的7个月内完成。
收购活动预料不会为成业资源为2017财年的净资产、每股净资产及净利,带来重大影响。【e南洋】

2. Basis Arriving at the Purchase Price a) The valuation report prepared by Noorzamani Nooradin, MRISM (V-0729) of Azmi & Co. (Perak) Sdn. Bhd. dated 28 April 2014 was initiated by the Vendor for the purpose of obtaining banking facilities.
b) The Purchase Price of RM15,500,000.00 consists of lands of approximately 8.682 hectares (approximately 21 acres), factory and office buildings, kiln drying chambers, chemical treatment plant and machinery for operating a sawmill and timber processing. As such, there are no similar properties of such nature in the vicinity. However, our informal checking within the local business fraternity indicates that properties such as sawmills of smaller sizes (less than 10 acres) command a price in the range of RM15 to RM20 per square feet.

成业资源次季赚1047万

(吉隆坡17日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)截至1月31日次季,净利微扬0.4%至1046万7000令吉;营业额起17.2%,报1亿2587万2000令吉。
累计上半年,净利走高4.3%至2216万7000令吉;营业额增长35.7%,报2亿7458万2000令吉。
成业资源向交易所报备,当季营业额增加,主要是由房产发展业务和木板销售走高所贡献。
虽然营业额有所增长,但净利却几乎持平,因公司现有的发展项目涉及额外的发展成本,分别是Kiara Plaza和Levender Residence。
无论如何,成业资源仍预计本财年可交出称心业绩。【e南洋】

Introduction Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of SYF had undertaken a revaluation exercise on the Group’s properties pursuant to the accounting policy adopted. The Board of Directors of SYF approved the incorporation of a revaluation surplus (net of deferred tax) of RM9.26 million into the financial statements of SYF for the financial year ended 31 July 2017.
2. Purpose of Revaluation The purpose of the revaluation exercise was carried out in accordance with the Group’s accounting policy to revalue properties every five years, and also to reflect the current market value of the properties.
3. Revaluation Surplus/ Deficit The details of the valuation surplus/ deficit are set out in the table attached.
4. Effect on Net Assets Per Share The revaluation resulted in a revaluation surplus of RM9.26 million, representing an increase of 2 sen in net assets per share of the Group as at 31 July 2017.
5. Name of the Valuer The valuations were carried by a registered professional and independent firm of valuer, namely Messrs. KGV International Property Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd.

成业资源子公司被追税241万
2017年10月6日
(吉隆坡5日讯)内陆税收局频密追税毫不手软,今天再有另一家公司中招,即成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)旗下独资子公司,遭该局发出清盘申请并追讨总值240万8239令吉的税款。
成业资源今天向交易所报备,独资子公司SYF发展私人有限公司,在本月5日收到税收局信函,要求支付在2014至2015之间拖欠的税款,连带利息和罚款,总值240万8239令吉。
成业资源澄清,SYF发展实际要支付的数额仅为107万5098令吉,因为早前已支付了部分税款。
“SYF发展将会向税收局提出分期偿还的建议,支付总额107万5098令吉税款。”
成业资源说明,SYF发展不是该公司的主要子公司,在这家公司的投资规模为210万令吉。【e南洋】
Type | Announcement | Subject | MATERIAL LITIGATION | Description | SYF RESOURCES BERHAD (SYF OR THE COMPANY) Companies (Winding-Up) Petition No. WA-28NCC-615-09/2017- Winding Petition under Section 465(1)(e) of the Companies Act, 2016 | The Board of Directors of SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that SYF Development Sdn Bhd (“SYF Development”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 5 October 2017 served with a sealed copy of the Companies (Winding-Up) Petition pursuant to Section 465 (1)(e) of the Companies Act 2016 dated 25 September 2017 (“Winding-Up Petition””) by Inland Revenue Board (“IRB”) demanding for the settlement of the outstanding tax payable by SYF Development of totalling RM2,408,239.06 (including interest and penalty) for year of assessment 2014 and 2015.
SYF Development is not a major subsidiary of SYF and the total cost of investment in SYF Development is RM2,100,000.
The Company also wishes to clarify that the amount outstanding as of todate is actually RM1,075,098.94 only as several payments had previously been made to IRB. SYF Development will be proposing to the IRB to settle the said amount of RM1,075,098.94 by way of instalments.
The Winding-Up Petition will not have the financial and operational impact to the Group as this matter will be resolved with the IRB.
The Board will make a subsequent announcement upon the eventual outcome of SYF Development’s proposal to the IRB.

还清税收局税款

(吉隆坡6日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)宣布,独资子公司SYF发展私人有限公司今日已还清在2014至2015之间,拖欠内陆税收局的税款。
成业资源今天向交易所报备,公司将与内陆税收局跟进,让后者撤回昨日对SYF发展所发出的清盘申请。
该公司表示,一旦内陆税收局撤回所发出的清盘申请,会进一步向交易所宣布。
昨日,SYF发展遭税收局发出清盘申请,并追讨连带利息和罚款总值240万8239令吉的税款。【e南洋】

The Company will follow up with IRB to obtain their clearance and withdrawal of their legal proceedings against SYF Development.
