发现很怪的东西：
1。那间德国公司 Provtec，最初买了 85.0m 股，昨天（17/05/2013）只剩 59.5m 股，其实它是在卖出的。

2。那间德国公司 Provtec，最初买 85.0m 股时，每两股送一股 warrant （warrant A，没有挂牌）。它一直把 warrant A 转换成母股来卖，它的转换价是多少呢？如果是 1角，它是会亏钱的！ 为什么它要这么做？

这间德国公司，入股 Sanichi，好像不是要投资，而是买来炒股。

这支近年年年亏钱，最近大重组，又出WB，希望今年会赚钱，好像月尾出第二季财务报告。那间德国公司 Provtec常常出招，大量卖出，等下又买进，很像没事找事做，又好像要炒，又炒不上？等了很久，上星期（6号-10号）慢慢爬上去，哪里知道（13号-17号）出现很大的量，但是是跌的，不过大概量时停在( 8分-8分半）。17号出现一个很特别的现象，下午4。50分之前，有1xx,xxxlot排队buy ，但是一到4.50分时候，就变相反，buy只有1x,xxx，而排队sell的就变成有8x,xxx，最后闭市还是停在8分半。

*以上只是提供参考，买卖自己要负责。。。
其实我有买，所以才会注意。。。（怕死）

升利吉私下配售籌400萬

（吉隆坡15日訊）升利吉科技（SANICHI,0133,創業板工業產品組）計劃向特定人士私下配售不超過繳足資本10%的股權，料可籌措399萬9千令吉來進行泰國業務擴充計劃。

該公司發文告表示，建議向董事、大股東、相關人士等私下配售最高達3千999萬2千股，每股面值10仙新股，相等於不超過繳足資本10%股權，但為免市場疑慮，每批配售股權發售價將分別根據市場原理擬定。

不過，發售價不會比5日成交量加權平均市價折價超過10%，也不會低於每股面值10仙，假設截至2013年6月13日止5日成交量加權平均市價為7.71仙，屆時參考發售價將為10仙。

以10仙參考發售價為準，升利吉最高可籌措399萬9千令吉，其中386萬1千令吉將用於泰國業務擴充，其餘13萬8千為企業活動開銷。

完成上述計劃後，升利吉繳足資本將從3千零17萬1千令吉擴大至4千399萬2千令吉，料不會對集團截至2013年6月30日止財政年盈利帶來立即影響，因相關資金將在新股上市後的1年內逐步運用，但預期對未來盈利作出正面貢獻。（星洲日報）

（吉隆坡10日讯）山力奇科技（SANICHI，0133，创业板）及辉百（FABER，1368，主板贸服股）週三双双有5%以上的股权在场外交易。

山力奇科技週三有一批高达5950万股，或占缴足资本13.791%的股权在场外易手，每股成交价为0.019令吉，较週三闭市价0.080令吉折价76.25%。

值得注意的是，根据《彭博社》的资料，山力奇科技的最大股东--Protev亚洲公司，持股与该批股权数目吻合。

此外，辉百则有一批2092万股，或占缴足资本5.764%的股权在场外交易。成交价为每股1.70令吉，比週三1.820令吉闭市价折价6.6%。[东方日报财经]
