（吉隆坡11日訊）成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主要板貿服）減持美特工業（MAGNI，7087，主要板消費），共進賬約9356萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司成功集團有限公司及Juara Sejati私人有限公司分別在去年11月及今日脫售持股，持股量從23.25%減少至8.43%。

文告指出，去年11月以每股3.63令吉或總值4356萬令吉，在公開市場脫售1200萬股或7.37%股權。

該公司過后又在今日簽署股權買賣協議，以每股4.13令吉或總值5000萬令吉，將持有的7.44%股權售予國民企業有限公司（PNS）。

成功集團在文告中指出，截至去年底，該公司所持有的美特工業股權是在2008年11月開始持有，現行價值（carrying value）約每股1.84令吉，減持計劃有助釋放部分持股的投資價值，脫售所得則將用作營運資本

（吉隆坡18日訊）本地鉅富丹斯里陳志遠旗下美特工業（MAGNI，7087，主要板消費）宣佈第3季營業額按年增34.2%至2億6892萬令吉，並建議派發中期股息及特別股息共每股5仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，截至今年1月31日第3季，淨利較上財年同期的1749萬令吉揚49%至2607萬令吉。

該集團主要涉及成衣製造及出口，還有各類軟塑包裝、瓦楞紙箱包裝及膠版印刷包裝產品，但成衣業務佔集團總營業額約86.3%。

當季業績表現不俗主要受惠于美元走高及強勁訂單，包裝業務表現略遜，微滑0.6%。

美特工業指，截至4月30日，建議派發中期股息每股3仙及特別股息2仙，共每股5仙，總派息額為813.7萬令吉。

加上此前派息，該集團至今每股派息13仙，總派息高達2116萬令吉，佔集團淨利的33.4%。

總結首三季營業額按年提高22.3%至6.6億令吉，淨利按年則激增77.8%至6327萬令吉。

四年一度的奥运会将会在今年在巴西举办，到底会有什么公司从中获益呢? 来自槟城的美女MAGNI主要业务为代工生产服装, 主要客户是来自美国的NIKE。许多人相信这次的奥运会带动运动服以及运动鞋的销量，间接会刺激到MAGNI的订单就会增加。其实奥运会4年才一次，最重要的还是公司本身的基本面以及运作。此外, 欧洲杯对Magni来说也会是利多消息。

所以今天就跟大家分享一下MAGNI过去8个季度的表现，让大家对MAGNI这家公司更加了解。

• MAGNI今天的闭市股价是RM4.28, 市值为696.49 mil。
• 这家公司最新单季的营业额突破到268 mil，单季的盈利26.066 mil。而且Profit Margin在最新的季度来到了9.69%，是近年来第2高。
• FY 2016已经度过了3个季度，公司的外汇盈利是11.034 mil，不过最新一个季度的外汇盈利只有128k，相比上个季度的8.176 mil低了很多。这种现象发生在许多出口相关股，所以下个季度美金走低多少会对公司有些许影响。
• 再来看看公司的现金，公司在最新季度握有86.123 mil的现金，所以公司才能一直大方地派息。此外，公司投资高达43.6 mil的Investment securities，当中就有unit trust以及低风险的投资器具以赚取Interest Income。虽然这些事长期投资，但是当需要资金的时候，卖掉这些Investment Securities也可以为公司带来不菲的现金。
• MAGNI是【0借贷】的公司，所以在Financial activities的支出只有Dividend payout。2015财政年Magni派发了14.014 mil的股息，但是今年才过了3个季度，MAGNI以及派发了23.867 mil的股息，可见这家公司派发股息有多么大方。
• 此外，公司的股本是162.732 mil, 而保留盈余是149.432 mil，公司随时可以在派发2送1或者3送2的红股。去年MAGNI才2送1红股，所以短期内应该不会派发红股。
• 此外，MAGNI的PE是8.73, 而ROE是25.54，公司的盈利已经连续进步5年，FY 2016的全年盈利可能会进步搞到50%以上。
  

以技术图表来看，MAGNI的股价在2016年1月6好突破到RM4.67新高之后，股价就一直横摆，过后股价更是从高峰下跌到今天的RM4.28。

MAGNI下个季度的业绩将会在6月公布，虽然美金汇率走弱，但是相信公司还是可以交出比去年同季更加出色盈利。2月截至今天的 USDMYR Quarterly rate是4.06左右，相信yoy还是会比去年同期的3.64高上10%以上。

虽然马股经历了美金退潮，但是出口股之一的MAGNI今年股价只下跌不到5%，相比其他出口股下跌20 - 30%抗跌许多。

长期来说，这家公司是值得长期持有了，原因如下：

1.PE 低于 9
2.高股息， Dividend Yield = 4.5%左右
3.ROE > 25
4.No Borrowing , Net Cash
5.盈利持续成长5年以上，Profit Margin每年都在进步
6.或许会受益于奥运会 - 这是Extra Bonus
7.低CAPEX - 资本开销却可以维持高速成长。

該公司通過獨資子公司――Juara Sejati有限公司，從2016年1月13日至2016年6月7日之間，通過直接商業交易脫售上述股權，平均每股售價為4令吉13仙。

成衣营收增加`美特工业末季净利增13%

（吉隆坡23日讯）归功于成衣业务营收增加，美特工业（MAGNI,7087,主板消费品组）截至2016年4月30日止第四季净利增长13.34%至1884万4000令吉，带动全年净利弹升57.29%至8211万4000令吉。

派息5仙

第四季营业额提高9.77%至1亿9398万6000令吉，全年营业额则成长19.22%至8亿5406万7000令吉。

该公司董事部建议派发每股5仙股息。

美特工业在文告中指出，第四季盈利增长，主要由于成衣业务营收增加，但被外汇亏损造成其它营运收入下跌所部份抵消。

由于全球经济不明朗，该公司对下财政年维持谨慎正面的展望，成衣和包装业务预料保持获利。
