Proposed consolidation of every five (5) existing ordinary shares in i-Stone (“i-Stone Share(s)” or “Share(s)” or “Existing Share(s)”) into one (1) i-Stone Share (“Consolidated Share(s)”) held on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Share Consolidation”); and 2. Proposed establishment of an employees’ share option scheme (“ESOS”) of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the total number of issued shares of i-Stone (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point of time during the duration of the ESOS for the eligible employees and executive Directors of i-Stone and its subsidiaries (excluding dormant subsidiaries) (“Group” or “i-Stone Group”) (“Proposed ESOS”). Dato' Awang was the Co Founder of Serba Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. and was appointed as a Managing Director of Serba Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. in 1993. He was later re-designated as Deputy Managing Director in 2016. Currently he is a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director, a member of Investment Committee and Management Committee of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad. Currently he holds a directorship in Minetech Resources Berhad as well.
