聯合種植 末季派息90仙

（吉隆坡20日訊）聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）宣佈截至去年12月31日，第四季每股派息90仙，使全年派息達到每股1.20令吉。

根據該公司文告，由于去年印尼種植業務開始生產並做出貢獻、利息收入增加及提煉業務賺幅擴大等，全年營業額達13億8574萬令吉，按年揚39%；淨利則按年增長41.5%至3億7395萬。

但基于原棕油和棕仁售價較低，加上貸款外匯損失，該公司第四季營業額下滑8%至2億7746萬令吉，淨利則跌11%至7312萬令吉。

該公司董事部指出，原棕油產量增加、歐洲經濟不景氣料打擊原棕油需求，及第一代生物柴油無法減少溫室效應等因素將打擊原棕油價格走勢，所以預計今年公司表現將不會超越去年。

（吉隆坡17日讯）联合种植（UtdPlt，2089，主板种植股）建议，截至2011年12月杪的财年派发每股总值60仙的特别和终期股息。

联合种植向大马交易所报备，公司献议派发50%的特别股息（扣税25%），相等于每股37.5仙。

为了回馈股东，联合种植也建议，派发30%的终期股息（扣税25%），相等于每股22.5仙。

（吉隆坡14日訊）基于成本走高，聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）2012財年首季淨利按年滑落16%，錄得7264萬8000令吉；每股獲利則跌至34.9仙。

該公司今日發佈文告說，印尼棕油果核廠重遷成本基準有變，推高生產成本，繼而影響獲利。

“我國今年首3個月異常高的降雨量，及馬印兩地油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）產量滑落，致使菜油價格今年初開始上漲。”

联合种植联营 食品乳化剂厂

（吉隆坡1日讯）联合种植（UtdPlt，2089，主板种植股）與OleanNV宣佈成立联营公司，共同兴建总值3200萬美元（约9952萬令吉）的食品乳化剂廠房。

根据文告，联合种植和Olean NV将各别持有上述联营公司———UniOleon私人有限公司的50%股权，双方个别同意认购价值1500萬令吉的股本，投资所需的其他费用，则透过银行贷款方式筹资。

联合种植执行董事拿督卡尔贝尼尔申表示：“这项联营合作，将为我们开启下游业务之门，借此进军油化学（oleochemical）的生产活动。除了可为集团增值，也能扩展新市场。”

据瞭解，上述廠房位於英达岛，预料会在2014年初投产。

上述投资工程将分为两期进行，第二期预料在2015年杪完成。[Nanyang]

派息1.25令吉‧聯合種植末季淨利揚26%

（吉隆坡25日訊）截至2012年12月31日止，聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主板種植組）第四季淨利雖躍升26.11%至9千220萬8千令吉，全年淨利卻略跌8.48%，報3億4千224萬1千令吉。

末季營業額上升4.78%掛3億零426萬4千令吉，全年則下滑15.37%，至11億8千338萬9千令吉。

董事部建議派發每股1令吉25仙股息。

該公司在初步報告中說，全年盈利下跌歸咎於原棕油和棕仁售價分別下跌2.7%和27.7%，以及生產成本份別增加5.1%和30.4%。

展望未來，該公司表示，棕油的存貨和產量增加、全球經濟展望欠穩等利空，拖累了原棕油價格，惟南北美洲大豆產量減少等利好，略為減輕了植物油跌價的壓力。

該公司也指出，此前計劃將印尼種植面積擴至1萬5千公頃的計劃，在考慮到政策、棕油價、生產成本等條件後，決定保留9千777公頃種植面積，待經營條件改善後，再決定是否擴增種植地段。（星洲日報／財經）

聯合種植 首季營業額淨利跌

（吉隆坡14日訊） 聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主要板種植）宣布截至本財年3月底首季業績，由于生產原棕油和棕仁的成本比售價高，營業額和淨利分別下跌36%和11%。

該公司向馬證所報備，營業額從上財年同期的3億3867萬令吉跌至2億1571萬7000令吉，淨利卻從上財年同期的7264萬8000令吉跌至6463萬7000令吉。

文告指出，截至3月，大馬原棕油價格每噸跌17.68%至2569令吉，棕仁價格每噸跌33.24%至1171令吉。生產原棕油和棕仁的成本卻分別漲24.9%和10.6%。

該公司已開始參與國內重新種植油棕樹計劃，大馬整體產量雖會減少，但印尼產量多將有助拉抬，預計整體產量略比去年好。

基于上述原因，原棕油和棕仁價格將繼續下跌，公司預計今年業績或比上財年表現欠佳。[中国报财经]
