優木子公司2.4億債券 獲國家擔保基金擔保

（吉隆坡10日訊）國家擔保基金（Danajamin）擔保停牌公司優木（TRIPLC，5622，主要板消費）子公司發行為期15年，總值2億4000萬令吉的中期票據債券。

國家擔保基金文告指出，該批票據債券以優木創投（Triplc Ventures）名義、AAA評級發行，且己獲全面認購。

國家擔保基金總執行長阿末朱卡納因指出，政府將陸續推出多項私人融資計劃。

“這也是基金首次為私人融資計劃（PFI）下發行的債券提供擔保，隨著越來越多計劃落實，我相信未來基金將扮演更吃重角色。”

文告指出，優木創投籌資所得的部分，將用在瑪拉工藝大學新校舍建築工程。[ChinaPress]

With the adjustments pursuant to the Capital Reduction and Share Consolidation effected on TRIPLC shareholders’ CDS account at the end of the Entitlement Date (“Book Closure Date”), the number of TRIPLC shares owned by the TRIPLC shareholders will be reduced by 57% at the end of the Entitlement Date onwards.

（吉隆坡22日訊）完成重組計劃和自PN17行列中脫困的TRIPLC公司（TRIPLC，5622，主板建筑組）後，今日復牌後跌停板，股價急挫30%或30仙至70仙。

股價急挫30%
TRIPLC公司在完成重組後股票以1令吉作為參閱價，其停牌時最後報價為18.5仙。

在削資重組計劃下，該公司每股削資57仙及將每100股面值43仙的股票，整合成43股面值1.00令吉的股票，總共有6千402萬股。

同時，該公司共發出637萬股股票給債權人以解決債務問題，因此該股今日下跌可能是因這批債權人售股套現。

TRIPLC公司上個月宣佈獲沙亞南瑪拉工藝大學頒發試驗室設計與興建合約，總值787萬9千令吉，同時宣佈發售2億4千萬令吉債券籌資，此債券獲國家擔保基金（DANAJAMIN）公司擔保。（星洲日報／財經）

脫困後積極競標工程‧TRIPLC放眼亮麗前景

（吉隆坡29日訊）剛脫離PN17公司的TRIPLC公司（TRIPLC，5622，主板建筑組），目前正努力競標工程計劃，放眼亮麗前景。

該公司董事經理再納阿比丁出席股東大會後說，公司目前正努力競標一些工程，惟不願披露進一步詳情。

手握2.74億工程
該公司目前手握約2億7千400萬令吉工程，早前獲標2億6千650萬令吉PUNCAK ALAM工藝大學學院分校工程，包括建3個容納5千名學生的學系，2千名住宿生的宿舍與其他設施等。在3年內完成上述工程後，接下來20年負責維修與保養有關院校工程。

該公司最近也攫取該學院相同分校藥劑系的設計與建築工程，總值787萬9千餘令吉。有關工程明年7月23日完成。

該公司發售2億4千萬令吉債券籌資，有關債券獲國家擔保基金（DANAJAMIN）擔保，其債券為“AAA”或穩定級，並獲全面認購。國家擔保基金擔保上述債券，以利透過公私合營（PFI）的上述瑪拉工藝大學學院分校工程的貫徹。

TRIPLC公司產業組也繼續發展沙亞南U10區600英畝的綜合產業發展計劃，同時管理PINGGIRAN梳邦鎮綜合發展計劃。

截至2011年5月31日全年，該公司獲淨利110萬令吉，前期淨利113萬9千令吉。截至2011年8月31日首季，淨利20萬8千令吉，相比前期25萬2千令吉。

（吉隆坡25日訊）優木（TRIPLC，5622，主要板消費）首季淨利按年勁漲46倍，今日股價走勢唱好，一度跳高至50仙水平！

優木今早甫開市即揚7.5仙，掛43仙，爾后最高漲14.5仙，掛50仙；休市時，該股漲11.5仙，掛47仙，半日交投50萬3200股。

該股唱好走勢午盤持續發酵，閉市時起13仙，掛48.5仙，成交量71萬5800股；優木剛于去年11月完成重組計劃並以1令吉重新掛牌。

該公司週三（24日）向馬證交所報備截至8月底首季業績，淨利按年勁漲46倍至983萬3000令吉，營業額亦獲1.7倍增長，達4513萬6000令吉。

文告指出，早前獲得的瑪拉工藝大學分院建築合約為主要成長動力，建築及項目管理業務亦是公司錄1300萬令吉盈利主要來源。

該公司指出，隨著瑪拉工藝大學分院建築進入第2階段、Puncak Alam分院校舍動工，若無意外將貢獻至公司盈利。
