投資1億AWC合作推綠色產品

（吉隆坡13日訊）AWC（AWC，7579，主要板貿易）與蘇格蘭公司簽約，投資1億令吉開發綠色產品，增強大馬及亞洲地區的綠色技術解決方案。

AWC持股70%的子公司資源數據管理（亞洲）私人有限公司（簡稱RDM Asia），今日和來自蘇格蘭格拉斯哥的資源數據管理有限公司（Resource Data Management Ltd，簡稱RDM Ltd），簽署合作協議書。

通過上述協議，RDM Asia將會開發、營銷和分銷RDM Ltd的尖端技術綠色產品，分銷至全國和亞洲地區，有效減少碳排放和碳足跡高達40%。

此外，該產品也裝備故障預測系統，可以把故障頻率減至最低，減少更換零件或維修費，可節省成本約25%至30%。

AWC總執行長兼董事經理阿茲米指出，亞洲是一個具有潛力的市場，該產品主要會攻進消耗電力龐大而導致經營成本增加的領域。

“我們的首選是霸級市場，另外就是物流公司、醫院和需要自動化控制系統的領域。”[ChinaPress]

AWC沙地阿拉伯 联营垃圾收集系统

（吉隆坡6日讯）AWC（AWC，7579，主板贸服股）联手Dallah集团（Dallah Group），在沙地阿拉伯进行自动垃圾收集系统计划。

AWC今日向马交所报备，持股51%的子公司Nexaldes私人有限公司在2011年12月21日，与Dallah集团签订股东协议，成立一家联营公司。

Nexaldes底下的Stream Environment私人有限公司与Dallah集团，将在初期缴足资本为200万里亚尔（167万令吉）联营公司，分别持有25%和75%股权。

AWC表示，Stream Environment所持的25%股权，涵盖50万里亚尔（41万7500令吉）资金将透过内部筹集。[NanYang]

（吉隆坡18日訊）AWC設施方案（AWC，7579，主板貿服組）董事部接受首席執行員阿茲米爾以“追求新機會＂為由的辭呈，執行副主席拿督阿莫卡比爾將暫代首席執行員位置，直到委任接班人為止。

該公司發文告指出，阿茲米爾將繼續擔任首席執行員至本月杪，以確保工作交接順利進行。

阿莫卡比爾自2005年開始擔任公司董事，更是集團創辦人之一，在擔任代首席執行員期間將負責監督集團策略方向和營運。（星洲日報／財經）
