其实这个贴我在写分区报告时就说会开。后来看到分区这个模样，也变得懒了。

但今天决定开这个帖子的主要原因是想分享上面这句话，是在上一场比赛Arsene针对我们的前球员Sol Campbell讲的。最近生活不太如意，总觉钱赚到太少，觉得自己很没用，而且又失恋 ，加上回到公司因为发型和青春豆被grooming骂，觉得很大压力，很想什么也不管，放弃所有的东西，想逃避现实。直到我看到Arsene这句话，略有启示。(24.12.06)

刚看到Arsene在Blackburn比赛后讲的这句很让我会心一笑。你可以指责冤枉我很多东西，不过你不能诬赖我打沉闷足球。Steve Bennet，英足总，你们听到没?

针对那只在我们欧冠半决赛主场对垒Villarreal跑进来抢走风头的松鼠，Arsene如此形容。你看，严肃的法国人有时还挺幽默的嘛。

被问及赛后为什么不到Alex Ferguson的办公室共饮一杯时，粗犷的威士忌很明显不是优雅法国人的那杯茶。

"Julio has a lot to prove in the next six months, I am leaning more one way than the other about taking him [permanently]. But I will not give you the way I am leaning."


Baptista在阿申纳的日子不多了?

*再次不得不佩服Arsene，真是个说话高手。

"You have to finish above everyone to win the Premiership."


被问及有没有信心在球季结束时联赛积分榜排名在曼联的上面，Arsene如此表示。

我想我们做人也一样，要把眼光放远，放大。不要一味着重眼前的利益，而忽视了长远的发展。"我站在巨人的肩膀上，所以我比其他人看得远。"

Arsene在03/04季联赛不败夺冠后向大家"道歉"。

简简单单的一句话，潇洒自如的Arsene和暴躁的老对手Ferguson高矮立分。


"Listen, you have been going on about f****** Veron. You tell me what's wrong with Veron? It's absolute nonsense, you know it's nonsense. Absolute lies. He's a f****** great player, you are f****** idiots."

"We all want to be the best and I believe I can be the best with Arsenal. I have a long-term vision for the club."



10年哪里够? - Arsene for life!!!!!!!!!!!!

"In my job at Arsenal I am the guy who makes decisions and the board supports you or does not support you. I was lucky that over the 10 years the board supported me and I have proven that I can make the right decisions and allow the club to build the stadium. You have to combine results to generate the profit to build the stadium."




还好老板没怪你买Mini不买法拉利，从老人帮、法国帮到小孩帮都由你去打造你推崇的漂亮足球。

"I believe that when you have 10 pounds, you do not spend 11."


Arsene认为他有这个"economic responsibility"。他说如果他赢了冠军，俱乐部却亏损两亿英镑，他一点也不会感到光荣；他要赢冠军，也要帮俱乐部赚5千万，这样他才认为他做得好。

Arsene说他很幸运(看楼上Tim的句子)，但我说，是我们最幸运，因为我们有Arsene Wenger.

就如电影Fight Club一样，这句话也深深影响我。I believe that money is important. But it can't buy you everything Mr Abramovich.

你看了Arsene讲的这句话，读了又读，想想自己的人生，有没有感想?

"I lived for two years in Japan and it was the best diet I ever had. The whole way of life there is linked to health. Their diet is basically boiled vegetables, fish and rice. No fat, no sugar. You notice when you live there that there are no fat people. I think in England you eat too much sugar and meat and not enough vegetables."


10年前，英格兰的职业足球员还在吃煎鱼扒和薯条。Arsene是把健康饮食引进英格兰的最大功臣。他和球员说，如果你以后要到third division去踢球那继续吃你的汉堡，但如果你想延长你的足球生涯就跟我的。

不久后，全英格兰球会都效法了。

"I remember I took away the chocolate bars [on the way home from Blackburn] and the players were singing ‘we want our chocolate back’".


这个"从日本来不懂足球的法国人"竟然第一场比赛就没收大家的巧克力，未免太也过分!

针对这个话题，我也引用Mad Jens的一句话: "When I consider my age, I would have a lot to tell. But it seems to be an English habit, to come out with books that really nobody needs."  

Arsene曾经说过他只会在退休后才考虑出书，因为当你还这个行业的时候，你的自传可能会得罪到其他人。再看看Mad Jens讲的，其实是一点也没错的。你去书局走一趟，几乎半队英格兰球员都有自己的自传(是的我是对英格兰国家队球员很反感，摆明这里挖苦你们)，多么的悲哀。二十几岁，有些连联赛冠军都没赢过(是的肥仔，我在讲你)，就跑去学人出书，真是吃饱饭屁股痒无聊过头。

撇开那些可怜的英格兰球员不谈，我也在市面上也看到Vieira和Henry的自传。个人来说，心里难免对这些人失去了少少的敬意。(虽然我很享受Paddy骂那只驴子的那段)  因为我还是保守的认为，活在世界二十年的时间太短，你们还没资格出书(而且又不是你们自己写的呢)。

当然，说回Arsene上面这句回应Ashley的话，真的大大力榨了他的春袋一下。一流。

在7-0狂扫Middlesbrough后，Arsene却说我们原本可以进更多。
