1）我不知道母股KLK目前的价钱是贵还是便宜。
2）我是单单从数目字来评论。

昨天的闭市价，KLK＝RM16.40， KLK－CD＝RM0.25。
KLK－CD将在2008年01月17日到期，到期前2或3天前停牌。
转换价是RM13.90，比例是10对1。
是现金结算，到时候的KLK－CD的价值是看母股的价钱，
1）如果KLK＝RM13.90，KLK－CD＝（13.90-13.90）／10＝RM0.00
2）如果KLK＝RM14.00，KLK－CD＝（14.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.01
3）如果KLK＝RM15.00，KLK－CD＝（15.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.11
4）如果KLK＝RM16.00，KLK－CD＝（16.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.21
5）如果KLK＝RM17.00，KLK－CD＝（17.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.31
6）如果KLK＝RM18.00，KLK－CD＝（18.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.41
7）如果KLK＝RM19.00，KLK－CD＝（19.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.51
8）如果KLK＝RM20.00，KLK－CD＝（19.00-13.90）／10＝RM0.61

从众多本地公司的call warrants来看，KLK－CD是目前唯一没有premium的call warrant。是很少见的情况！

从另外一个角度来看，如果你正在想要买1000股KLK的话，你需要RM16400，那你可以现在先买10000股的KLK－CD，只需要RM2500，把差价RM13900放定期存款一个月，赚取13900*0.03/12＝RM34.75。

何况，如果KLK未来一个月大起的话，不论你是买KLK或者KLK－CD，你是赚一样多的钱，

反之，如果KLK未来一个月大跌的话，你最多只是亏RM2500，而如果你是买KLK母股的话，你可能不止亏RM2500。

以本地公司为本所发行的call warrants都以－CA，－CB，－CC，－CD，－CE。。。。。为区别。

以外地公司为本所发行的call warrants都以－C1，－C2，－C3，－C4，－C5。。。。。为区别。

如果call warrant的市价，乘于转换比例，加上转换价，
高过母股的现在价钱，那就是有premium。

我也绝对同意值得冒险的CW－－这比我第一次找的GENTING－CD条件好许多

唯一的情况不同是－－GENTING母股我是确定她肯定能在8。00元以上的价位[林叔叔还没去世前的把握]

而KLK－－在我国KLSE大萧条时由她和BURSA一直撑KLCI到现在－看BURSA母股就知道－－两者的近期走势类似－－所以看跌KLK的可能性就大

建议用一星期作战斗－－如果没有大动静－－撤－－毕竟要到期的本地CW危机四处－－个人看法
