哈哈，咩 et 都會醬好奇 ge 咩。

老散我都唔知係唔係老左呢！
其實我買左 15 粒 ＄1.78 ge。
呢次係唔穿草 ge。

忽然間有 d 唔係好想講野左，照念以後老散買股都應該唔會再放出來囉。

今天再買多 5 粒 proton ＄1.77。

PROTON ENTERS INTO PRODUCT COLLABORATION

PROTON ENTERS INTO PRODUCT COLLABORATION WITH MITSUBISHI MOTORS CORPORATION, JAPAN. The Board of Directors of PROTON Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd ("PONSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary, has today entered into the following agreements with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation ("MMC"), a company incorporated and existing in Japan: 1. A Development Agreement, to develop a new Vehicle Model for PROTON based on details of work, target specifications, job sharing and time schedule as determined by both parties ("Licensed Product"). 2. A Licence Agreement, where MMC grants PROTON a non-exclusive license to use technical assistance and patents solely for the purpose of utilization of technical information for restyling, modification and improvement work, manufacturing of local parts, assembling, selling and after sales services / support of the Licensed Product to be sold under PROTON's trademark and styling; and 3. An Engineering Services Agreement, wherein MMC will provide the work and services for PROTON's manufacturing of the Licensed Product. an Understanding with ") in relation to product collaboration for the development of a new model vehicle for PROTON. At the same time, PONSB has entered into an understanding with MMC in relation to product collaboration for the development of a new Vehicle Model for PROTON. The understanding XXXXXes initiatives to be taken by both companies to improve both build and component quality for PROTON vehicles. Concurrently, both companies shall explore possibilities on export and contract assembly wherein the parties commit to conduct feasibility studies on the said areas within  three (3) months from the date of signing.

普騰與三菱聯手開發新車款

（吉隆坡）普騰（PROTON,5304,主板消費品組）將與三菱汽車（MITSUBISHI MOTORS）聯手開發新車款。

普騰發表文告指出，獨資子公司國家汽車工業（PONSB）與三菱汽車達致三項協議，包括開發協議、執照協議以及工程服務協議，以進行產品合作、工程技術援助及開發新車款的計劃。

在開發協議下，兩者將根據工程的詳情、目標規格、工作分享及預訂時間表為普騰開發新車款。

在執照協議下，三菱汽車將頒發非特許執照給普騰，以使用技術援助和專利權，純粹是充作更改款式的技術資訊、修飾及改良工程、生產本地配件、裝配、銷售和售後服務在普騰商標下的執照產品。

在工程服務協議下，三菱汽車將提供工程與服務予普騰生產執照產品。

與此同時，雙造也達成產品合作的諒解備忘錄，以開發普騰新車款的可能性。

諒解備忘錄下，兩家公司將主動改良普騰轎車的建造及配件素質，也開拓出口及合約裝配的可能性。
