（吉隆坡13日讯）配合在大马交易所创业板上市，泰国零食经销商Wellspire Holdings Bhd与达证券签署包销协议。

Wellspire今日发布文告指出，首次公开募股（IPO）涉及公开发行1亿2460万股和献售同样数量的股票。

公开发行部分，其中3600万股将供公众抽签认购，而1000万股保留给合格董事和雇员，以及余下的7860万股将私下配售予特定投资者。

根据包销协议，达证券将包销3600万股。

Wellspire Group以葵花籽零食为主要产品。该集团是泰国市场“ChaCha”品牌葵花籽和坚果的独家经销商。

该集团还分销其他瓜子和坚果、烤制和糖果产品，包括第三方品牌和Wellspire自有品牌。

“IPO所筹资金将用于在泰国收购或兴建仓库和营运设施、充作营运资本，以及支付上市费用。”

该集团补充：“仓库和营运设施将坐落在泰国中部地区或巴吞他尼府（Pathum Thani），靠近曼谷港口，以接收从海外供应商的采购。”
