（吉隆坡14日讯）建材批发分销商——联营工业集团（UNITRAD,0247，创业板工业产品服务组）首日登场马股，第一宗交易以26.5仙成交，稍低于首次公开售股（IPO）的每股32仙发行价；首宗成交量则为1380万股。

联营工业集团拟通过首次公开募股（IPO）筹集1亿令吉，当中的5050万令吉将作为营运资本，以增加库存数量和产品种类，推动业务成长。

这家位于雪兰莪的公司亦拨出500万令吉建立一个新的管道制造中心。另外，3980万令吉偿还银行贷款，其余470万令吉将用于支付上市费用。

联营工业集团董事经理沈翔龙指出，此次的上市是该公司成立43年后的一个重要里程碑。

“随着近期搬迁到一个比往常大一倍的仓库，再加上公开售股募集资金，我们将有能力增加库存量和提供更广泛的产品选择，以满足建筑业对建材不断增长的需求。”

此外，他们也将率先在我国建立新的管道制造中心。此增值服务旨在协助客户在工地腾出更多空间、减少人力需求，并加快建筑速度。

“虽然从上周五至今天的全球市场来看，目前并不是上市的最佳时机。然而，从长远来看，我们拥有强稳的基本面，无论首日登场的股价如何，并不影响我们往后持续增长。”

看好建筑业前景

沈翔龙表示，随著政府推出主要基建项目，并加速工程进度，联营工业看好建材行业将从中获得提振。

“过去，我们在为大型基建项目供应建材上拥有良好记录，因此，我们有信心能把握这些商机。”

联营工业集团在支持建筑和基建的整个周期发挥关键和全面的作用。除了新项目，其产品也用于翻新、改造、维修和维护工程。

“虽然目前基于缺乏建筑工人、市场有点放缓，但我们预计接下来建筑行业会回升，正如财政部早前的预测，建筑领域的生产总值将达11.5%。”

“我们目前的员工人数也能够支持现有的生产量。”

针对俄罗斯和乌克兰战争导致建材成本上涨，他披露，目前情况已稳定，预计不会对价格或供应链产生重大影响。

放眼未来转板交易

截至3月杪的2022财年，联营工业集团取得12亿9000万令吉的营业额，以及4320万令吉的创纪录净利。另外，联营工业集团将实行股息政策，董事部计划把净利的30%派发给股东。

该集团也展望未来能至主板交易。沈翔龙说：“我们已经连续两年实现正营运现金流。如果下个财政年表现良好，我们将寻求转板。”

Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 12 March 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter. The particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by Perfect CLQ Sdn Bhd/UIB, arising from the Proposed Acquisition There are no liabilities including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by Perfect CLQ Sdn Bhd or UIB pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition. 3. The date of which the deposit of RM200,000 was paid The deposit of RM 200,000 was paid on the date of signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement which was on 12 March 2024. 4. The status and the name of the authorities that grant the approval of Kebenaran Merancang.
