请问做外贸业务员怎么给客户发邮件?(一)

1、产品反馈道歉
I'm so sorry to hear this. Since I did double-check the order and package before shipping to make sure everything is in good condition, so the damage may have occurred during shipping. But for the inconvenience caused to you, I am still very sorry, to make it up to you, we would like to offer you a 10% discount for this order.

2、质量反馈道歉Regarding the defective product you mentioned, we apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused for you .I have feedback the problem to our quality inspection departments, they will check our remain samples and find what‘s the problem is .Please don’t worry ,we will take responsible if confirmed it‘s our quality problem . We will reply to you within 48 hours and propose a solution, begging you to give us some time.

3、产品问题反馈道歉

建议外贸的服务器可以在TG上找这个  @HoldenServers   他们的服务器牌子是GNET的,很多客户都是外贸和跨境电商的,性价比挺高的,我自己也是用他们家的服务器,确实还是可以。
