如何在日本更新passport

最近本人留意到passport期限到期了。。由於現在住在關西，我知道マレーシア大使館在東京涉谷。請問passport能不能郵寄更新？

所以必須親自去
1）東京更新 passport
2） 回國更新passport。

我剛搜尋一下這是大馬大使館的官網，但是裡面內容，竟然是寫收費 RM200？？

BORANG PERMOHONAN PASPORT->這個form只有馬來語。。

3.1Application and  collection of  the  new  passport must be  made in  person  at the Embassy of  Malaysia. Passport   applications sent   by   post   will   not   be accepted.

1.9Passport fee:-※RM 200for a 50-page passport;※RM 100 for a child under 12years old,a person over  60 years  old and  a student visa  holder between 12 -21 years old; and※Fee is to be paid in Japanese Yen equivalent.
