Tax filling 和 SSM filling

想请教大家，公司的year end 是31号12月。
公司才在这个月audit 好。
想问下大家，八月 tax filling 和 SSM filling 会中penalty 吗？
还是说其实是有Grace period 的？

12月 year end 的，
Tax filing deadline 31 Aug 2019,SSM filing deadline 06 August 2019.
过了以上日期就是迟了，会被罚款。

是fixed 了，还是什么？

SSM - Company Act 2016
Section 258 (1) (a) -

Time allowed for sending out copies of financial statements
and reports
258. (1) The circulation of financial statements and reports—
(a) for a private company, shall be within six months of its
financial year end.


Section 259 (1) (a) -
Duty to lodge financial statements and reports with the
Registrar
259. (1) A company shall lodge with the Registrar for each
financial year the financial statements and reports required under
this Act—
(a) in the case of a private company, within thirty days from
the financial statements and reports are circulated to its
members under section 258.

SSM filing - due date 6/8/2019
Tax filing - due date 30/8/2019

我们的tax firm最夸张, 30/08/2019才给我们draft看
东西错了, 叫他们改还慢到要死.....
pass了我这里还要给老板看, 问他们为什么last minute, 答案是忘记了
结果为了不要中罚款, 有些东西没办法跟他们争吵就付款让他们submit了

马上换人
