Job Description :
We are looking for Operation Executives to oversee our day to day electroniclocker operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing and willingto deal with challenging deadlines working closely with different team membersfrom different departments or vendors.
Candidates should be self-driven, resourceful and should have basicelectronic/electrical technical skills and technology management.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day to day maintenance operations.
- Work closely with Project Team on the delivery and installation schedules.
- Able to work independently to upkeep good records and documentation.
- Develop the project scopes and objectives as well as a project plan to trackprogress.
- Ensure maintenance are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources as well as vendors to execute maintenance.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements :
- Diploma in Engineering, Electrical or IT preferred.
- Able to travel over weekends.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-taking skillsrequired.
- Proficient in Words, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Class 3 Driving License is a must, able to drive commercial vehicle is anadvantage.
