The Board of Directors of Aimflex wishes to announce that Aimflex Technology Sdn. Bhd. (“Aimflex Technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aimflex, had on 14 September 2023, entered into the following Shares Sale Agreements (“SSAs”):- 1. SSA with Loo Kok Leong (“LKL”), Ooi Beng Kim (“OBK”) and Esontech Sdn. Bhd. (“Esontech”) for the acquisition of 140,000 ordinary shares, representing 46.67% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Esontech free from all encumbrances and with all rights attaching thereto for a total cash consideration of RM570,000.00; and 2. SSA with Leong Kim Em (“LKE”) for the acquisition of 100,000 ordinary shares, representing 33.33% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Esontech free from all encumbrances and with all rights attaching thereto for a total cash consideration of RM1.16 million. He had also successfully migrated regional IT Business system to Global enterprise system in 2013. In 2016, he was promoted to be the Asia Pacific IT lead, focusing on modernising the IT Infrastructure, partnering with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to deliver IT solution and supporting IT services in 12 Asia Pacific countries.
