PL/SQL help

hi, 我是PL/SQL 新手﹐有誰會做以下的問題呢
Database:        MyInventory

Table to be referred: Master(id , qty)

Puchase(id, unitpur, price)
Write a

Step One:
                Insert no. of records into the purchase table with duplicates.
Step two:
Write a stored procedure to transfer only the unique record into the master table.
Step Three:
                Execute the stored procedure using the tool Query analyzer.
Step four:
                Check the records whether it’s transferred from purchase to master.
