Description	M3 TECHNOLOGIES (ASIA) BERHAD ("M3TECH" OR "THE COMPANY")-        LAUNCHING OF NEW COMMUNICATIONS CHANNEL BASED ON WHATSAPP BUSINESS
The Board of Directors of M3Tech is pleased to announce that the Company is launching its new communications channel based on WhatsApp Business. A formal agreement to agree on the Facebook Terms for WhatsApp Business Solution Providers was entered into between M3 Technologies Pakistan (Private) Ltd. (“M3Tech Pakistan”), a 60%-owned subsidiary of M3Tech, with Facebook (“Arrangement”). The Arrangement will not have any material effect on the net assets and gearing of M3Tech Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2020. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of M3Tech and/or persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Arrangement. The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the Arrangement is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of M3Tech Group.
