旅游保险。。travel insurance

请问各位， 你们出门都有买travel insurance 吗 ？
我遇到一各问题， 我是马六甲人， 之前跟了一个kl 的旅行团 。买了 XXX 的travel insurance
回来时，发现luggage 坏了， 也拿了机场的报告，
导游叫我要到kl 他的travel 公司，他帮我claim

因为 xxx 在 马六甲也有分行， 我们自己到保险公司claim 不行吗 ？
我这里上去也要费用１００　＋＋，　ｃｌａｉｍ一个２５０　的ｌｕｇｇａｇｅ　，好像划不来。。而且，也不一定有的赔。。。

如果你有保单在手就容易得多，在什么分行都可以办。
导游叫你到KL的Travel公司找他，会不会是他根本没帮你买到旅游保险？

You just need to file a claim online, they will pay for it. Since you opted for single-trip travel insurance plans, the policy generally ends when you return to your starting point from where we started, then the policy comes to an end.  Coverage for luggage part is one of the basic features things included in most travel insurance plans.
