Description	PRESS RELEASE - OpenSys 3Q21 net profit remains robust at RM3.03 million
The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company reported a comparable net profit to RM3.03 million in the third quarter ended 30 September 2021 (3Q21) from RM3.07 million a year ago, as revenue eased to RM14.84 million from RM23.89 million previously. The higher bottom line was due to the favourable product mix, where the revenue from the higher-margin maintenance of cash recycling machines (CRMs), software solutions and business process outsourcing (BPO) in bill payment kiosks and cheque processing segment climbed 11.0% to RM14.12 million, compared to RM12.73 million previously. Description	PRESS RELEASE - OpenSys Achieves Higher Revenue and Profit
The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that the Group achieved a marginal increase in revenue of RM21.40 million for the second quarter ended on 30 June 2024 (2Q2024), compared to RM20.92 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (2Q2023). Revenue from Solutions and Services segment registered robust growth of 17.8% in 2Q2024, reaching RM20.30 million from RM17.23 million in 2Q2023, largerly driven by ongoing demand for maintenance and cheque processing services. For the financial year ended 30 June 2024, the Group achieved a stronger revenue of RM42.05 million, reflecting a 9.7% increase compared to RM38.34 million in the previous financial year ended 30 June 2023. Continuing its quarterly dividend practice, OpenSys declared a third interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
