    谢谢你。虽然真的不想去，但是看了那么多人意见，觉得应该有责任感。不用怕以后新公司打电话去问这间旧公司时会给人唱。

谢谢大家的意见，现在我已经last day上班着，已经过了差不多一半。所以说在cari能够发挥互相勉之精神是好的。

勞工法令下69C，如果員工沒有根據勞工合約給通知，或是沒有提供職務到合約期滿，傭主可以提訴員工根據勞工合約賠償，法令如下，自己看看吧


69C. Claims for indemnity for termination of contract without notice

(1) In the exercise ofhis powers under section 69B(1), the Director General may inquire intoand decide any claim concerning any indemnity due to the employer bythe employee where the contract of service is terminated by theemployee without notice, or if notice was given, without waiting forthe expiry of that notice.

(2) The indemnity due to the employerunder subsection (1) shall be an indemnity of a sum equal to the amountof wages which would have accrued to the employee during the term ofthe notice or during the unexpired term of the notice.

虽然，你是你们两个人之间的事，偶懒得插嘴......

但是，只是想讲可能一个讲的太直，一个不喜欢听得太直。
给偶，偶也是会这样讲咯，毕竟如果这帖是个做工几年的人开的，就要被鸟够够力，但是念在你是新进社会大学，所以，希望不是个strawberry..........


你已经能在那间公司忍受到3个多月？难道就那个一天8个小时都忍不到？那你去哪间公司都是一样的结果咯。
上面几楼都讲过，弄好手尾不结仇，下次好办事，你不懂几时会在碰回来............


就这样。ohyah, 偶之前两个公司last day都是做到 半夜12-1am才handover给空气 ..... 所以不要比.....
