盈利前景改善 股息有看头　MBM资源财测上修股价飙

（吉隆坡21日讯）MBM资源（MBMR，5983，主板消费股）次季业绩令人刮目相看，加上结束亏损的铝合金车轮业务后，盈利前景改善，分析员纷纷喊买，及上修盈利预测。

MBM资源2019财政年次季（截至6月30日止）净利按年飙升1.1倍，至7404万令吉；营业额按年升高15.42%，至5亿5805万令吉。该公司上半年净赚1亿2369万令吉，按年激增83.62%；营业额则按年上涨15.15%，至10亿7711万令吉。

下半年更强劲

受惠于终止蒙受亏损的铝合金车轮业务，以及子公司和联营企业销量增加带来更高的贡献，MBM资源次季和上半年盈利表现均超出预期，令大部份分析员上调盈利预测。

展望未来，分析员相信，MBM资源不再受亏损业务所拖累，下半年表现将更强劲。

肯纳格研究分析员表示，MBM资源是其汽车领域的首选股，主要是看好该公司在第二国产车（PERODUA）的22.58%持股，第二国产车旗下的车款受市场欢迎，销售长红，而MBM资源不但是第二国产车旗下车款的经销商，也是零件供应商，因此，将双重受惠。另外，终止亏损的铝合金车轮业务，也是盈利改善的关键。

肯纳格研究将该公司2019及2020财政年的核心净利预测上调11至12%。

料派32仙股息

丰隆投行分析员也说，董事局宣布股息至少占公司净利60%的派息政策，预示2019和2021财政年全年股息可能在具有吸引力的每股28仙或32仙，相等于7.6%至8.6%的周息率。

基于第二国产车的销售将持续提高，及移除亏损业务计算，丰隆投行分析员将2019、2020及2021财政年的盈利预测，各上调10.2%、8.1%及3.3%。

马银行投行分析员指出，尽管股价年初至今已攀升67%，但该股仍然被低估，持有第二国产车公司22.6%股权价值，已经相当于公司当前市值的1.5倍，因此建议“买进”。

兴业投行分析员亦补充，MBM资源的本益比（PE）为8.1倍，与汽车领域同业的12至14倍相比，估值偏低。

该公司未来盈利成长将来自第二国产车更多的新车款，及营运效率改善所推动。

尽管如此，追踪该股的分析员皆认为，Aruz车款的需求情况和令吉贬值值得关注，这两个因素将是影响其表现的关键。
