一个霹雳州宪法。。。。。。

可是为什么那么多种说法？？？

一边说宪法里苏丹有权辞退州务大臣。。。。

一边却说不能？？？

到底他们有没有读或看过或了解过宪法？？？

还是有人歪曲宪法？？？

Article 72, Clause (1) of the Federal Constitution clearly states:

72.(1) The validity of any proceedings in the Legislative Assembly of
any State shall not be questioned in any court.

结果还不是闹上法庭，马来西亚宪法是用来维护BN的啦~

select committee 是 subset to State Assembly,  能夠质問 select committee 的只有 state assembly.
人民如果不同意 state assembly 的作法，只有通过大選，这就是民主制衡的 mechanism.
