eon bank我现在的利息是8..5%会很高吗

要如何才能减低利息

Package 3 (Special Housing Loan - SHL) - until 31/12/2006 (for completed, under construction residential properties costing up to RM60,000 [Peninsular Malaysia] or RM72,000 [East Malaysia] and for applicants qualified under BNM Special Housing Loan Scheme only)
1st year = 1.50% per annum
2nd year = BLR - 1.00% per annum
There after = BLR + 0.15% per annum or 1.75% per annum above BLR whichever is lower

其实, 你的thereafter的利息 看起来怪怪的。。
为何是BLR + 0.15% per annum or 1.75% per annum above BLR whichever is lower??
1) BLR+0。15% = 6.90%
2) BLR+1。75% = 8.50% (which is lower)
这样子永远都是第一个嘛。。。
建议楼主再看过letter of offer。。

现在的配套都来到BLR - 1。75~2。00%
也就是跟楼主的配套 距离min 1。90%, 也就是说100k 贷款,将会省下RM 1900。。。
至于值不值的做refinancing,就叫banker帮你算了后,扣除掉所有费用,假如还可以省超过RM 10k的话, 可考虑做refinancing。。

8.5%是很高哦!
如果是我,我会先向eonbank要求reduce interest rate,如不能才考虑refinance。
110k的贷款比价难拿到很好的配套,手续费也不便宜。
也可以考虑多还来减低利息。
