15%x10%=1.5%
nominal yield=15%-1.5%=13.5%
effective yield=13.5%-5%=8.5%

2. B
12%-1.5%=10.5% p.a.

9500*[1+(0.14-0.03)]^10=26974

B) (12x10)-(1.5x10)-5=100%
C) (10x10)-(1.5x10)-3= 82%
D) (8x10)-(1x10)-2= 68%
