求助 关于claim的问题

我是一名建筑公司新员工， 完全没有construction background。 所以，在做claims的时候， 很头大。 因为，我的公司并没有自己的formula来计算claim。他们都是跟着client的答案跑。 比如说，client的retention是Rm50，000， 我们也要想办法做出Rm50，000.
我现在知道的formula是：
For Claim 1
Workdone + GST = Total After GST;
Total GST - Retention= Total After Retention;
Total After Retention - 25% of 10% advanced payment= Total Claim1.

For Claim 2
Workdone + GST = Total After GST;
Total GST - Retention= Total After Retention;
Total After Retention - 50 %of 15% advanced payment= Total After Payment
Total After Payment - Claim 1= Total Claim2.

For Claim 3
Workdone + GST = Total After GST;
Total GST - Retention= Total After Retention;
Total After Retention - 75% of 15% advanced Payment = Total After Payment
Total After Payment - Claim 1- Claim 2 =Total Claim 3

For Claim 4
Workdone + GST = Total After GST;
Total GST - Retention= Total After Retention;
Total After Retention - 100%of 15% advanced Payment = Total After Payment

Total After Payment - Claim 1- Claim 2 -Claim4 =Total Claim 4

我想知道， 我这样算是对还是错？

我的workdone 是跟着approved work done to date 跑的。
Retention rate 是10%， 然后 limit for retention是5%。
For 10% retention, 我是拿total after gst*0.10，
for  5% retention on claim 3&4, 我就是拿 workdone or PO amount * 0.05.
我现在遇到的麻烦，就是我不会找 以前的claim。 因为我是半路进来的，做claim3时， 要一直改， 总算是过了。 可是，很快我就要做claim4. 我怕我做不出claim4.

Should be
Approved claim amount after deduct retention only add gst
Example
Approved claim amount
RM100,000.00
-retention 10%-5%(max contract sum)
-RM10,000
Balance RM 90,000.00 (this should be the amount to multiple with gst )
So after gst is RM 95,400.00

If the developer give advance then the gst shouldn't add in for advance better request for different certificate. Advance is like borrow money so no gst should be added

也受教了。就之前不懂为什么advance payment 为什么会进另一个account 不under 那间公司的payment。
