要怎样写‘两年生，两年死’合同？？

如题，因为要租屋子，但我已经有以前的合同了。
但是屋主说要写‘两年生，两年死’，　我以前的屋主就只是写屋子租两年，现在要‘两年生，两年死’，我不会改叻。

因为不想浪费钱去给律师弄，所以麻烦各位大大了。。。
万分的感谢。

这是以前的，

1.1 The Tenancy of the Demised Premisesshall be for a term of two (2) years (hereinafter referred to as “theTenancy”) commencing on the 1st May 2012 (hereinafter referred to as“the Commencement Date”) as the monthly reserved in Clause 3 hereof, ending 30th June 2014.

要怎样改叻？？？？

其實兩年生是不用再例明的。

比如只寫明租兩年，這兩年就是“死”的，兩年過後繼續租，就是“生”，但是租了兩年，雙方信任，租客繼續住，就不用再簽合約，只是租客交租就是。

這個就要雙方溝通了。

生约是指死约过后，只需给予通知就能搬走对吧。那东西叫break clause. 但是通常不会放进合约里。

应该是指合同写明两年租期，过后可以同一合约条款（没更改/租金相同）继续租两年。

The tenancy is agree first two years die die rent the house , thereafter two years can live the house with no need die die rent it.

应该是这样咯!
原本我要直接给屋主签3年的,可能她两年后要起价吧!
所以就跟我说要签两年生,两年死, 咯

合约不是屋主负责弄的咩
