（吉隆坡22日訊）IBRACO（IBRACO，5084，主要板房產）近期走勢與大盤大相逕庭，每當馬股勁挫，該股必勁漲，適逢次季業績報捷，該股今日逆市再漲25仙，名列十大上升股榜。

在沉重賣壓氣氛籠罩下，IBRACO開市微跌2仙至1.93令吉，但很快就恢復逆境上升本色，輾轉北上，高躍至2.20令吉，漲25仙或13%，休市則掛2.10令吉，漲15仙，半日27萬4600股易手；該股收掛2.20令吉，漲25仙，以全日最高閉市，成交量35萬9800股。

該公司今日稍晚發布業績，截至6月底，次季淨利勁增1.7倍至322萬令吉，營業額則按年增61%至3780萬令吉。

IBRACO上半年淨利則按年增84%至480萬令吉，營業額則按年增22%至5084萬令吉。

回看過去紀錄，馬股本週二（20日），近千隻股陷跌，盤中更一度暴挫近41點或2.3%。然而，IBRACO卻高漲17仙或近10%，從1.72令吉上漲至1.89令吉。

馬股在上週三（14日）先盛后衰，IBRACO則漲勢洶湧，暴漲23仙或14%，報1.84令吉，穩居10大上升股榜。[中国报财经]

三方股东场外交易 伊布拉可股价挫13%

（吉隆坡13日讯）砂拉越产业公司伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）执行主席兼董事拿督魏松青（译音）昨日宣布辞职后，三方股东在同日进行场外交易，公司股价在今日大挫13.3%或32仙。

根据马交所记录显示，魏松青在宣布离职同日透过场外交易，以每股2.87令吉脱售1928万7721股或占股本15.28%，这批股权脱售总值约为5533万令吉，有关献购价与昨日2.40令吉闭市价比较，溢价19.6%。

同时，同日也另有2方大股东透过场外交易购入股票，他们也以每股2.87令吉献购价，购入股票数额总计1678万股，占13.3%股权。

其中一方大股东为HiapGhee Seng有限公司，该公司共买入628万7721股，由董事经理赵酋汉（译音）持有，他本人也以场外交易购入300万股，手中直接和非直接持股因而增至23.3%。

至于另一方达股东为两黄成全夫妇，他们透过这次场外交易购入750万股，股权增持21.35%在完成交易后，赵酋汉与黄成全夫妇两方持股水平相当接近，分别崛起为第一和第二大按股东，魏松青手持股已减至700万股或5.54%股权。

执行主席辞职

伊布拉可今日以2.25令吉开市后，就呈下跌趋势，一度来到全日最低水平2.01令吉，最终收窄跌幅以2.08令吉挂收，为第四大下跌股。

根据昨日文告，魏松青是因为健康问题和致力于打理其他生意而辞去职位，另外，由于魏松青的私人公司主要经营建筑业务，可能与伊布拉可独资子公司———伊布拉可建筑私人有限公司有利益上的冲突。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡17日讯）伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）今日宣布，以总值3690万6000令吉脱售位于古晋约44.19英亩的土地。

伊布拉可发文告宣布，与Bankeast及EarthDelight私人有限公司签署买卖协议，分别以2504万令吉和1186万6000令吉，脱售约33.33及10.86英亩的土地。

目前，公司在Greater Tabuan地区进行各项发展计划，并通过在民都鲁进行综合发展计划扩展古晋以外的地区。在营运资本需求增加下，这项脱售计划让公司能够融资营运资本，同时，也将负债率维持在健康水平。

这项计划预计会在3个月内完成，从买卖协议日期开始算起。

依布拉设联营　民都鲁推行商住项目

（古晋10日讯）产业发展商依布拉有限公司（IBRACO，5084，产业组）已取得股东绿灯，以便在蓬勃发展的工业重镇民都鲁，推行其雄心勃勃的联营（JV）住宅及商业发展项目。

上述两阶段的发展计划可为公司带来高达5亿3000万令吉的发展总值（GDV）。

依布拉持股70%的子公司依布拉HGS私人有限公司、BDA产业私人有限公司与华里沙私人有限公司，是这项合资企业（JV）的合伙人。

民都鲁发展局持有BDA产业的100%持股权，Hiap Ghee Seng发展私人有限公司持有依布拉HGS的30%股权，后者由依布拉董事经理赵酋汉控制，而华里沙是依布拉HGS的子公司。

在最近的股东特别大会上批准该合资项目的股东，也点头核准委任其独资子公司依布拉建筑私人有限公司为该项目的开发经理。

赵氏称，在第一阶段计划中兴建的民都鲁市镇广场，可带来约2亿令吉的发展总值，所兴建的单位计有一幢楼高3层拥有75个单位的写字楼，以及一幢楼高8层的办公大楼与一幢商业广场。

楼高3层拥有双重单边的办公楼已在3个月前开始动工。

“由于有关产业发展坐落在黄金地段，因此销售量不俗，这75个单位每间售价120万令吉，有逾50%已被人认购。”

赵氏在股东特别大会告诉记者：“由股东所核准的合资企业计划，其建筑工程由现在起即刻开始动工。第一阶段的工程预料会在不超过30个月内建竣。”

他说，建议中耗资3860万令吉兴建的集中污水处理厂工程，将会与产业发展工程一齐进行，该厂建竣后会为5万人提供服务。

兴建污水处理厂与综合发展的两块土地是相邻地段，面积约13.9公顷。

他称，第2阶段计划包括一幢12层高的办公室套房，一幢12层高的商住服务式公寓和一幢12层高的酒店及商业区。

在这阶段的计划中，污水处理厂、住宅及商业发展，估计可带来高达5亿3400万令吉的发展总值，而不包括酒店发展建议仍有待落实。

（吉隆坡13日訊）IBRACO（IBRACO，5084，主要板房產）通過2家子公司，以總數362萬5000令吉脫售2塊空地。

IBRACO旗下Ibraco-Peremba私人有限公司和Greater Tabuan私人有限公司，是在10日與IBRACO HGS簽署買賣協議，將脫售2塊位于古晉慕拉德巴（MUARA TEBAS）空地給后者。

IBRACO向馬證交所報備，這2塊空地面積各達4775平方米和9535平方米，售價分別為95萬5000令吉及267萬令吉。

“IBRACO HGS脫售所得將用作分派股息。”

整個脫售計劃料將在90天后完成。【中国报财经】
